M & L for Demolition of ends for damaged portion of chajja/ facia portion scrafying or removing Old loose dirt of cement concrete and removing of Old rusted reinforcement, lathing/welding of new reinorcement for damaged portion, fixing of 0.71mm dia wire netting of galvanised steel wire of size 12mm mesh fixed with tinned tack of wire stable for damaged portion and applying in CM (1:3) with level plaster for width of facia /Chajja exc 10mm and n.exc 60mm finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including necessaryuse and waste of form work and concerting with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 25mm graded stone agg mixed with Dr fixit concrete bonding solution as per manufacturer Instruction for required places, height of the bldg up to third floor from the above ground level for work. Width of Chajja/facia exc 30 cm but not exc 90 cm all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Patch work for certain places of Roof slab , facia, Chajja with necessary from work and the height of the bldg up to third floor from the above ground level for work all as specified and directed. (Note:- Rate will be included for reiforcement also)

Demolition of stone slab and tiles, interlocking paver block laid bedded and pointed in any mortor of any description or thickness in floor complete all as specifed

M&L for Granite 25mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, urinal partition and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description as in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (above or below ground floors) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for broken stone or bounders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a floor/ true surface.

M&L for 25mm PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (Using 12:5mm stone agg) as in base floor with water proofing compound of Asian Paint, Pidilite, Dr Fixit or equivalent, complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for waterproofing treatment to sunken portion of WC, bathroom etc by applying :- (a) All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout - SmartCare GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (b) Applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Ultra Block 2K or approved equivalent . The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 60:40 (Powder : Liquid) parts by weight without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications. (c) Loosely lay 150 GSM Geotextile (non-woven polyester) with a min of 100mm wide overlap . (d) Laying slope making and protection to the waterproofing treatment with 30mm avg. thick M20 grade screed for floors. Providing and applying 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 for wall plastering admixed with PC based integral waterproofing compound SmartCare Vitalia, etc. complete, as per manufacturer's specifications (concrete charges Extra). Note:- waterproofing shall be carried out through the manufacturers as approved by the GE with 10 years gaurantee & testing complete.

Resecuring without taking down chowkats or frame of any description exc 1.5 Sqm each and n.exc 4Sqm (without taking off shutters from the frames) & remove off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring without taking down chowkats or frame of any description n.exc. 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) & remove off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring without taking down down shutter only of any description exc. 1.00 Sqm but not exc. 2 sqm each & remove off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of complete removal of surfaces of plastered of walls and applying two Acrylic Emulsion piant for internal surfaces of walls including one coat of white wall putty incl primer to the surfaces all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/ slabs/ blankets any thickness including grid work/aluminium frame work, cover fillets complete all as specified.

M & L for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre incl Hangers 6mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified

M & L for 6mm thick Fibre Cement Designer Ceiling Tile, (High Pressure steam cured), pre-painted, self-embossed, reinforced Everest designer cemetn boards (Ivory Colour) of Oceanic/ Lake & Hill/ Electra/ Cascade texture, conforming to IS 14862: 2000 Category 3 Type B, having Density 1200kg/ m3, miniumm module of Rapture greater than 10 Mpa and Compressive strenght 38.23 Mpa.
