SH-I:- Reparing/reconstruction of Sekmaijin Bridge Railing

Above ground level i/c T&P & scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of un-service able material & staking the serviceable material within a lead of 100mm. I.c) Prestressed/reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bars reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Furnishing and placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specification. C) RCC Grade M30

Painting two coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces

SH-II:- Reconstruction of RCC Slab at Wangoi Bazar

Demolishing R.C.C work manually/by mechanical means including Stacking of steel bars and disposal of serviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing lime concrete manually/by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge. (i) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 m above ground/bed level.

Plain cement concrete M-15 mix with stone aggregates 20mm. nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto depth of 1.5m. below ground / bed level and or 1.5m. above ground/bed level i/c formwork.

Reinforced cement concrete M 20 mix with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work in slab excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering laid in position.

Reinforced cement concrete M 20 mix with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for bed plates excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering laid in position.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Providing laying and compacting Granular Base/Sub base with naturally occuring Sand Gravel Material free from organic ore other deleterious constituent spreading with Motor Grader and compacted by rolling with power roller of 8-10 capacity in layers not exceeding 150mm (spread thickness)

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materialwith water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tripper to site, laying uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory rollerto achieve the desired density.

Proviiding and applying promer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing od road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means. A. Prime Coat on WMM

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects B. Grading-II i) VG-40

Providing and applying tack coatwith bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular/bituminous surfacecleaned with mechanical broom.

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.2 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects i) Grading II (b)VG-40

SH:III- Laying of Pipe Culvert

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling the withb approved material B) Mechanical means (i) Depth upto 3 m.
