Repiar & replacement of Glow Sign board for E/M PUMP HOUSE No 1, 2, 3 ,4, 5 & SUB STATION 4 at GE (AF) Mohanbari as per follwing details :- (i) Supply & fixing of Galvanised steel tubes, medium grade 50 mm dia complete all as directed - 8 RM (ii) M & L Painting of GI pipe with a coats of red oxide primer complete all as directed - 3.15 RM (iii) M&L Painting of GI pipes two coats of synthetic enamel paint (sky blue) complete all as directed - 2.88 Sqm (iv) M&L for structral fabrication work by 50 mm dia medium grade GI pipe (as per specification) including cutting, welding ,grinding, drilling etc complete all as directed - 01 Sqm (v) M&L PGI sheet of thickness 0.83 mm of size 3.9 ft x5 ft, for reflective sticker base sheet, complete all as directed- Job 15 (vi) S & F letters pested on 4 ft x 5 ft board by white vinal sticker sheet complete all as directed - 01 Sqft (vii) S & F retro reflective base sticker sheet (deep navy blue), Make - 3M or equivalent, of size 4 ft x 5 ft for board,complete - 15 Job (viii) Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returing, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft /loose soil - 02 Nos (ix) M&L (PCC) cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type B2 1:2:4(40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as directed - 0.09 Cum (x) Material and laying bricks, sub class B, late flat, in floors, old size bricks locally avialble best quality complete - 2.6 Cum (xi) Material and labour for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 on the faces of brick work finised even a smooth (without using extra cement) - 1.5 Sqm (xii) M &L white washing 3 coats of area appox. 1.5 sqm (exposed veiw of plaster surface) platform complete all - 01 Sqm (xiii) Transportation for GLOW SIGN BOARD from Tinsukia workshop to place of site (AFS Mohanbari) complete - 01 Job (xiv) Labour charge for making, fitting and fixing of GLOW SIGN BOARD on site, complete all as directed - 01 Job
