PROVN OF REPLACEMENT OF DG SET OF CAPACITY 500 KVA ALONGWITH AMF PANEL AGAINST BER AT FILTRATION PLANT UNDER GE MIS MHOW

Supply, installation , commissioning and testing of diesel engine driven Gen with sound proof acousri cenclosure(canopy CRCA sheet of 2mm thickness and noise level below 75 decible/M) and provision of exhaust fan insise the canopy to control the noise level as per limit of central pollution control board (CPCB IV+) 500 KVA 3 phase 415 volt 1500 RPM, 4 wire 50 cycle and power factor 0.8 complete all as specified including complete with foundation (using 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in lean concrete, flyash brick masonry in CM 1:6, the top of the plinth shall consist of 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over compacted moorum filling, 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick surface) and comprising of the following with set of tools and two years maintaince spares as recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed :- (Make :Greaves power,Kirlosker Cummins India Ltd)

(a) Prime mover :- Suitable for driving 500 KVA alternator, water cooled, battery start diesel engine of adequate BHP conforming to BSS frame pedestal support with anti vibration pad rated for continuous running capable of taking 10 % over load for one hour in any 12 hrs operation with the following standard activities:- (i) Fly wheel to match with the flexible coupling (ii) Flexible coupling with guard (iii) Air cleaner oil bath type / dry type (iv) Lubricating oil filter paper element type (v) Fuel pump (vi) Blower type fan and radiator (vii) Governor for class 'A' governing as per IS -1601 of ELEC/G3 (viii) Starter , motor for electric start complete with dynamic alternate , lead acid batterie of 02 nos heavy duty of capacity 12 V 180 AH each or adeqaute size and length of cable not less than 2m long including battery box all as directed. (ix) Hour meter and RPM indicator (x) Exhaust pipe brought outside the bud and lagging of entire exhaust pipe with 12 mm dia arrestor rope (xi) Instrument panel duly wired compromising of the followiing:- (a) Lub oil temp gauge (b) Lube oil pressure gauge (c) High/ Low temp gauge (d) Starting switch with key (e) Fuel tank

(b) ALTERNATOR :- 500 KVA at 0.8 PF brush less self excited, self regulated 3 phaser , 50 HZ 415 V 1500 RPM 4 wire screen protected drip proof enclosure free from stimulation problem continuous rating conforming to BS 2613 IS 4722 complete with automatic voltage regulator between +5% of set voltage from no load to full load. (c) Automatic Main Failure Panel :- Supply, installation , commissioning and testing of AMF panel for 500 KVA DG Set fabricated out of MS sheet (factory made) suitable for floor mounted higned from panel for easy accessibility with suitable rated bus bar internal wiring and with provision for connecting incoming/ out going leads with the following accessories as per the manufacturing DG Set :- (i) MCCBs of suitable rating (For DG Set & main incoming) (ii) Auxiliary contactor with timer (on delay) (iii) Current transformer (iv) Voltmeter digital type with selector switch (v) Ammeter digital type with selector switch (vi) Frequency meter digital type (vii) Power factor digital type (viii) KWH meter electronic type (ix) One set of indicator lamps (Red, Yelllow, Blue) (x) Push button start and stop (xi) One set of lamps for indicating " load on set" "load on mains" "set fails to start" "low oil pressure " "high cylinder temperature" " Battery low"

S & F in replacement XLPE insulated and PVC armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminum conductor, 1100 volt grade of size 400 sqmm, 4.0 core, in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles/walls jointing to O/H conductor, LT panels, main switch with suitable size aluminum lugs and testing complete all as specified & directed for the following sizes:- Note : (a) Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch 'A' . (b) All required lugs of suitable sizes according to laying of cable & Connection deemed to be including in quoted rate.

Excavating in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.
