Dismantling of boarding of any description, fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 40mm thick 2nd class hardwood planed one side with tongued and grooved joints and fixed with nails as in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 20mm thick 2nd class hardwood planed one side with butt joints as in shelves of cupboards, racks and pelmets, eaves board, partitions and skirting work fixed with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 15mm thick 2nd class soft-wood planed one side & edges tongued and grooved or rebated with butt joints as in wall panelling and similar work fixed with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 6mm thick veneered decorative plywood grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on one faces fixed with nails to timber frame work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm & over in section in any position as in unframed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 07 but as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sqcm as in unframed work.

M&L 2nd class HW scantlings clean sawn in timber fixed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including watering and consolidation, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Hard Core Broken stone of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread, levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of wood and wood based materials, new or old surface of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for french polishing on surfaces of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surfaces incl a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for five coats of melamine polishing to existing or new wooden surfaces of any description as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparing new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair for providing kitchen cabinet in required sizes as per site requirement, shutter made out of 19 mm thick plywood, with both side laminate pasting, front side with pvc laminate and back side with 0.80mm thick inner laminate including handles, all the pasting will be done using high quality adhesive, including taking down old kitchen cabinet with all accessories. and all other requirements will be made as per specifications or directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc. 0.18 but not exc. 0.38 Sqm as in floor set and joint in cement slurry, jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non-skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc. 0.18 but not exc. 0.38 Sqm as in skirting/dado, laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non-skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc. 0.11 but not exc. 0.18 Sqm as in floor set and joint in cement slurry, jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non-skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc. 0.11 but not exc. 0.18 Sqm as in skirting/dado, laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for heavy duty vitrified parking tile of 10mm thick, of size 300 x 300 mm as in floor set and joint in cement slurry, jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above GL), complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring & finishing the surfaces rough to receive screed bed, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality in squares not exc. 0.5 sqm each pane, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of old wooden surface any description not otherwise described and exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
