Amount

1) The estimated amount is exclusive of GST. 2) The Bidder should quote basic rates exclusive of GST and quote GST percentage separately. GST should be revised from time to time.

Replacement of damaged looping box with SMC looping box size 240mm X 130 mm X 95mm including providing 1nos 6Amps 10 KA, 'C ' SPMCB, 1nos bus strips, terminals for cable looping, clamps, necessary holes for inserting the cables, connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Replacement of damaged Astronomical time switch of following configuration to be mounted in feeder pillars / Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight (Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto modes) with manual override facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status i/c programming at site complete as required. 2 output per phase and suitable for single phase supply

Replacement of damaged street light cable with following size ISI marked XLPE insulated armored aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 /1988 with upto date amendment, including excavation, laying & re-filling etc., as required. 4x10 sqmm

Replacement of damaged end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 2 X 6 sq. mm to 2 x 25 sq.mm

Re-painting of rusted HT Structure/Panels/ street light Poles (3,6,11 mtrs) brackets/cross arms with two coats of approved brand aluminum paint over one coat of approved brand of red oxide primer after cleaning and scrapping the rust/surface etc as required. a) Street light poles -500 Sqm b) Panels - 325 Sqm c) HT structures - 1238 Sqm Total quantity - 2063 Sqm

Numbering of street light poles /ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ fluorescent fittings etc., as required

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core/flexible cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe lSI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

CIVIL ITEMS

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cutting tree branches along road side causing obstruction to street lights, including stacking of branches as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc, as required.

Repair to LT panel

Replacement of 800A, 50KA (Icu=Ics Up to 433V), 4 pole, drawn out type , microprocessor based ACB as per IS 19947(part II) :1993 in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.
