Supply of hot pressed moulded SMC junction box , hinged door type of following size suitable for application for fixing electrical controls /switch gears/meters etc with provision for cable entry /exit from bottom /side, locking arrangements i/c supply and fixing of 2set 4 pole stud connectors, interconnections with suitable size single core PVC insulated copper conductor wire with copper sockets /lugs including fixing on existing M.S. angle stand etc as reqd.

Size not less than 400mm x 300mm x 190mm (inside Dimensions) ( Make –Sintex ( Model No JB-4030 ) or SS)

Making suitable angle base frame made of 40mm x40mm x5mm M.S. angle and 30mm x5mm M.S Flat for installation of SMC Junction Box i/c cutting , welding , fabricating, grouting the same on ground with required PCC work complete etc as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 100A rating, 2 pole MCCB of thermal release range (80-100 )Amp , operating single phase ,240 volts, in the existing SMC junction box complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of earth bus of 50 mm x 5 mm GI strip of 400 mm length on surface with suitable size insulators, drilling holes for connections etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed cable as required.

Supply of the following size PVC insulated & PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured cable 1100 V. grade confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 etc. as required.

Laying/drawing of power cable up to 1.1kV grade of size not exceeding 35 Sqmm of as per following manner as required.

Directly in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

In the existing GI /HDPE pipe.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required

Supplying and laying of 40mm dia HDPE pipe of PN 8 for protection of cable complete as required.( Make : Oriplast /Supreme/Astral/Sudhakar)

Supplying & erection of 65mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) of 6mtrs leghth including foundation made of plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) of suitable size including excavation and refilling and S/F of 40mm x 3mm G.I. Flat clamp with nut bolt on top portion of the pole for fixing of overhead cable etc complete as required.

Charges for making co-ordination and liaison with supply company for obtaining Demand note / submitting test reports for energisation of LT line etc. complete as required. Note : Application fees, Security, demand note charges, meter testing charges & Inspection fee or any other statutory charges pertaining to work shall be paid by BSNL .
