Re-Excavation of Ruinan Pond with Allied Works at Mouza-Ruinan, Block-Sabang in the District of Paschim Medinipur under the Executive Engineer (A-I), Midnapore (A-I) Division under Core-Sector (HMIC Recommended) Program for the Financial Year 2025-26

RE-EXCAVATION OF W.H.T:- Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in Excavation in ordinary soil / mixed soil i.e. clay mixed with moorun, kankar, pebbles / silt dry or moist / slushy silt / sticky soil for WDS / WHS / RESERVOIR / SFMIS etc with hydraulic excavator of required bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section and transporting to embankment! disposal site within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m including spreading, leveliing disposed spoils at disposed area.

Supplying ,loading ,unloading Class NP 2 RCC spun pipe as per specification including freight charges A) 30 cm bore dia , 2.5 m length.

Supplying ,loading ,unloading Class NP 2 RCC collar as per specification including freight charges A) 30 cm bore dia

Laying of R.C.C. pipe with collar, lowering the same into the trench laying on the bed in trenches in prescribed gradient, depth and alignment, filling the end grooves with necessary bitumastic compound,filling caulking space with tarred gasket or with rubber gasket of appropriate size & covering with cement mortar (1:2) & testing the joints etc. complete as per drawing, specification including carriage of pipes from site stacks to the place of laying etc. & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 30 cm dia.

Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifying the exact location of scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm x 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and words - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of E.I.C.

CONSTRUCTION OF PUCCA GHAT:- Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil ( including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading, or stacking the spoils, as directed and including trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottoms, bailing or pumping out water etc.as required complete .Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5 mtrs &lead upto 15 m.(not requiring shoring).

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidated the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand.(B) By fine sand

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement Concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, as per relevent IS codes.

Hire & labour charges of shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 mtrs using approved stout props & thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, bems, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting fixing and striking out affer completion of works(upto the roof of ground floor).25mm to37.5mm thick wooden shuttering.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening of bend bars excluding coil bars and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking, bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 1.626 mm (16 SWG) black annealed wire at every inter section complete as per drawing and direction including cost of wire upto 1st floor level.

Brick work withIst class brick in cement mortar (1 : 6) .(a) In foundation & plinth

Plaster (to wall, floor,ceilling etc) with sand and cement morter including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating, nosing and drip course as necessary at ground floor. (a) with (1:6) cement morter. (i) 20 mm.thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.50mmthickin wall dado, floor, drain, door and window sill etc.complete.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layer not exceeding 15 cm. Inlcuding watering & ramming etc. layer by layer complete with earth obtained form excavation of field channel.

CONSTRUCTION RCC GUARD WALL:-Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, within a lead of 75 m as directed.The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below foundation trenches.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidated the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand.

Ordinary Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, as per relevent IS codes.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs.....itting, fixing and striking out after completion of works .

Hire & labour charges for shoring work (including necessary close plank walling, framing, Eucalyptus piling, strutting etc.) complete as per direction of the EIC for foundation excavation .

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure ...... complete as per drawing and direction . Tor steel.

Supply and fitting of uPVC pipes of 50 mm dia (6kgf/cm2) for weep hole.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches including all complete.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinthwith good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm.including watering and ramming etc. layer by layercomplete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)

Footh Path:_Supplying & laying as per IRC-SP:063-2004 paver unit of any shade of approved quality as per relevant IS code, laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway (paverblock only), etc including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material.[Border concrete if necessary to be paid separately].Note: Sub-grade CBR should not be less than 5. ((b) 50 mm thick interlocking designer concrete paver block M- 30 grade for non-traffic zone,buiding premises,garden,parks,domestic drive as per IS: 15658-2006(over 20-30 mm medium sand bed on 200mm thk bound gnaular /granular base course including cost of sand for sand bed but excluding cost of base course & subgrade(ii) Coloured Decorative.

Add GST for hole work value @18% or as applicable as per Govt. rule.

Add Labour well fare Cess @1% of Gross Bill Value
