Scrapping old white or colour washing including disposal of refuse with in a distance of 60 m (SI.NO. 708)

Providing wall putty on old surface with approved quality material of berger/JK Birla or similar make 2 coats. As per Ch. 15 new item no. 12.

Providing Cement Primer on old/new surface including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. as per Ch. No. 15 New item No. 10

Distempring 2 coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on undecorated wall surface to with an even shade over and including a primer coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of British, 'Shalimar asian paint after throughtly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other froeign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials. As per S.I. No. 649+650.
