M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with roughened face to receive top finishing layer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ceramic tiles edge to edge joint 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles including 10 mm thick backing plaster in CM (1:4) as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x300x7mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick backing in cement mortar (1:3) all as specified and directed

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles 300x200x7mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick backing in cement mortar (1:3) all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully Aluminium window/ventilator chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqmm (with shutters & grill (if fixed) without taking off shutters from the frame) and refixing the same at same opening after repair all as specified and directed .

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm (with shutters & grill (if fixed) without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm (with shutters and grill (if fixed) without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Solid PVC Door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm rudraksh colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. S & F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square / rectangular of any size complete all as specified and as directed

S & F aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for particle board 12mm, medium density, flat pressed, single layer type or three layer type with BWR type adhesive, fixed with aluminim doors/ partition etc complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 100mm long butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 150mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 100mm long extruded aluminium alloy handle fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in CM (1:6) all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for rendering to concrete or block masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick surfaces, 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 (Total 15 mm thick) on concrete or block masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and fair as in wall surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer all as specified & directed

M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 liter/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall & finishing the surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper as specified
