Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of grade B-III , 7 to 8 mm thick of size 200 x 300mm or of size matching to floor tile as approved by GE, fixed in vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match floor tile over a backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Stone slabs in floors, any thickness, jointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab of size 600mm x 600mm in flooring, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing to give a mirror finish and rounding of edges etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
