Painting of 33/0.4 KV, 630 KVA station Transformer- I & II, main tank, conservator and associated accessories with 01 coat of red oxide primer and 02 coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint after through rubbing, scrapping of rust and cleaning of the surface with all cost of men, material, misc. consumables and T&P etc. Required for the job.

Painting of rusted pale fencing after scrubbing by wire brush / sand paper, one coat red oxide primer and two coat of good quality green synthetic enameled paint Asian/ Burger make with all cost of labour T&P and materials provided by the contractor at his own cost(Height 2.5 mtr)

33 KV YARD SIDE

Repairing of pale fencing of height 2.40 Mtr by means of replacement of damaged M.S. Strip Horizontal runners, M.S. Angle Frames, M.S. Angle vertical upright etc as per requirement with all cost of men, T&P etc. (M.S. Strip & Electricity will be provided by department for welding works as per site requirement)

Lighting Junction Boxes installed on Lawn Lighting Poles, Peripheral & Road Lighting Poles with 1 coat of Red Oxide Primer & 2 coats of Smoke Grey colour synthetic enamel Paint after through scrapping, rubbing & cleaning the surfaces to remove rust scales, dust etc., with all cost of men, materials and T&P etc. required for the job :

Junction Boxes of size 200 x 250 x 100 mm.

Fabrication and installation of glow sign board of size 1500x1000x200mm, depicting, various subject with the help of 24 SWG G.I. plain sheet, acrylic fiber milky sheet at the frame panel and writing the subject such as name of substation etc by computer as per sample give by UPPTCL which is to be fixed in front of board, then providing and fixing 3 Nos. 4' tube rod of best quality including making of internal connection of the tube rod. Fitting, testing of the glow sign-board and finally fixing the same at designated plane firmly.
