RequiredTo qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover. in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.4.79 Lakhs

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

Bidder shall comply with all provisions of Manual scavengers act 2013 and rules made there under including administrative orders advisories any issued by the government from time to time

Corrigendum / modifications / correction, if any, will be published in the KPP portal only.

Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid. Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected. The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund. Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt., orders as may be modified from time to time.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26. b) The Tenderer should maintain the Work during defective liability period i.e.,ONE Year from the completion date. c) The Tenders are invited as per Standard tender Bid Document, All terms and conditions as per tender documents and Other details can be seen in the tender documents

As per Government Order NO: FD EXP 884 12 /2020 Banglore Dated 22-12-2020 action will be taken if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading /forged or fake.

As per the Govt. Order No.DE 447 Exp-12/2022 Dated : 30-07-2022 GST will be added to the contract amount separately.
