M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces,etc completed all as specified and directed. Note:- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M & L for preparation of surface including cleaning of all dirts and provide the following water proofing treatment :- (i) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 40 lit/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87-0-89Kg lit at 25 c on the prepared dry roof surface provide and lay APP modified water proofing membrance reinforced with non woven polyster matt with (ii) APP membrane shall be laid using butaretorch by Torch on application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. The laying of membrance shall be got, done through an authorised applicator of manufacture of membrane. (iii) Over the membrane provide a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescibed by manufacturer.

Taking down carefully existing aluminium sliding window shutters, taking down of existing stainless steel wire mesh from aluminium sliding window shutters including existing rubber gasket complete, supply and fixing stainless steel wire mesh of dia 0.36 mm and average width of aperture 1.40 mm with and including provision of "U" clip, re-fixing the shutters in existing position, etc completed all as specified and directed.
