Improvement to Diwali Tank MIP in Chatrapur Block under CAPEX (Lining) 2025-26

Clearing shrub jungles & uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees of below 1.00 Mtr girth on premeasurement including removal of debries and depositing the same clear of work site with all leads, lifts and delifts etc with supply of all labour and T & P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts etc . including dewatering from foundation if required etc. with supply of all labour and T & P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation , loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means wihtin 1 KM lead in all kinds of soil including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated material away from work site with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering , dressing of earth, spreading , levelling in the disposal location or locations as per requirement , all labour charges, T & P , hire and running charges of all machineries B & O.C. worker's welfare cess etc.complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ( Measurement is to be taken on finished approved level section . )

Supplying filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm (9") thick layers including watering and ramming with the cost , conveyance , royalties, taxes of the materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Reinforced Cement concrete M20 grade on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening, cutting , bending, binding and tying the HYSD bars and placing in position as reinforcement and anchoring including, lapping where necessary, cost of HYSD bars & binding wire (cost of binding wire including) with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement point including cost, conveyance, labour, T&P & all taxes required for the item etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and removing rigid and smooth centring and shuttering for plain or reinforced cement concrete works including false work and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Foundation and Plinth)

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/ plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wal with 100 mm dia A.C pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20 H towards drawing force. Complete as per drawing and technical including cost of all materials, labour and taxes etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing , laying and fixing in position of R.C.C. Hume pipe (100 mm dia)with collars joints in cement mortar (1:3) and finishing the exposed surface smooth with curring including cost and carrage of RCC hume pipe etc with labour and T & P complete in all respect as per approved design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
