WSS Tailbal Wagund Repairs to 50 KVA Manual Voltage Stabilizer by way of Disconnecting all the power connections on the input as well as output side of the stabilizer followed by removal of the top cover/lid by loosening of all the nuts and bolts. The job includes extraction of complete assembly comprising of voltage regulator assembly, core and copper coils from the stabilizer tank with the help of Tripod, chain pulley block, tools, tackles and skilled labour etc followed by removal of the damaged burnt out copper point sets (Comprising of Moveable as well as Fixed -- 05 Sets) of the Voltage Regulator assembly followed by providing and fitting of new copper point sets in a way so that no air gap is left in between the points. The job includes checking and rectification of leakage to MS tank of voltage stabilizer by way of electric arc welding using electrode of reputed make & quality. The welding must be free from blow holes and over laps with continuous bead. After successful completion of the welding job, the extracted core assembly shall be put back into the M.S. body of Voltage Stabilizer with the help of mechanical means. The Job further includes pouring of the drained out T-Oil after proper filtration and topping up of about 20 Litres of T-Oil of specific grade, so that the core remains fully immersed in the T.Oil, followed by re-fitting of the top lid and fixing of the Panel over it with replacement of 02 Nos of Analogue Volt meter (0 – 500 volt) of reputed Make as per available space size in place of damaged/broken voltmeters. The job includes cost on account of providing and fitting of required nuts, bolts, insulating material and other allied consumables required for carrying out the job. Once repaired and the input and output connections made, the stabilizer is to be tested on full load at site.

WSS Nawa Bagh Servicing of 50 KVA Manual Voltage Stabilizer which includes cleaning, vacuuming and inspecting etc by way of disconnecting all the power connections on the input as well as output side of the stabilizer followed by removal of the top cover/lid by loosening of all the nuts bolts and extraction of complete assembly comprising of voltage regulator assembly, core and copper coils from the stabilizer tank with the help of Tripod, chain pulley block, tools, tackles and skilled labour etc. Once extracted the entire assembly as well as the tank is to be cleaned using recommended cleaning agents/ solvents for removing the dirt and muck etc followed by drying of the same and checking of the various connections, wiring etc and repairing the same if needed. Further the job includes providing/filling of 50 Litres of T-oil for topping/filling purpose of the voltage Stabilizer. The job includes cost on account of providing and fitting of required nuts, bolts, insulating material and other allied consumables required for carrying out the job. Once serviced and the input and output connections made, the stabilizer is to be tested on full load at site.
