Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil which may include ordinary soil, sand, silt, slusy soil with all leads, lifts and de-lifts, loading, unloading, handling, re-handling with cost of all labour, transportation, dewatering (if required) & subsequent removal at appropriate time including site illumination, mobilization, demobilization, approach road, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, fuel & lubricants with all taxes, T&P, Port entry fees, all safety arrangements etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of RCC works by using Jack hammer/any other mechanical means and disposing the same with supply of all labour, hire & running charges of all equipments, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, providing safety arrangements for workmen, cleaning the site with all transportation charges with an average lead of 5 km. etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete subbase over a preapred subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm., aggregate cement ration not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 150Kg./Cum., optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10MPA at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid and compacting with vibratory roller 8 to 10 ton capacity, finshing and curing as per clause 601 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works (4th revision) but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 20mm & below size Crusher Broken) for PCC, hoisting, laying over compacted surface, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient, barricading the work site curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Drilling holes of 12 mm dia hole to a depth of 250 mm. for fixing reinforcement bars of required diameter by rotary drills or any approved method, cleaning the holes by blow out pump and with round brushes, grouting the reinforcement bars with suitable anchoring adhesive bars with suitable anchoring adhesive resins of any approved make, transporting hoisting, placing & proper fixing of reinforcement bars with cost & expenses of all materials, tools & plants, machineries taxes, tollage including providing barricades to the working area, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge (excluding cost of Steel).

Cement concrete of M-30 grade (using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12 mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for R.C.C work), mixing in a Batching Plant, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying in slabs in panels of required size, applying Coaltar on the Concrete surface throughout its depth, providing thermocol at panel joints so as to create a gap of 12mm between panels, consolidating by mechanical vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by ponding, barricading the area etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, royalties, tollage, all transportation charges, all testing, cost for design mix, hire & running charges of all machineries, sealing the top 50mm of the panel joints with bitumastic filler (But excluding cost of binding wire, form works made of ply/steel shutters, cost of Steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel) etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Deployment of Hydraulic Excavator of 1 cum bucket machineries for shifting the heapped earth, mixed cargo materials and damaged heavy concrete blocks etc. from site including hire & running charges of all machineries, equipments, cost of fuel & lubricants, labour, T&P, taxes, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. NB : No idle hours shall be paid.

Providing Rigid and smooth leak proof centering & shuttering with form works made of ply/steel, painting with coltar/lubricant over the ply/steel after each use for RCC works in slab, wall, raft etc. including dismantling them after due period with cost of all material, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, gate entry fees, transportion, staging etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. F & P in pannels of NQ-II.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 85mm deep longitudinal joints by fixing 12mm dia 450mm long HYSD Bars @ 420mm C/C painted 50mm at center with anticorrosive paint including providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface (300mm thick) with bituminous black paint, cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc complete with supply of all materials, T&P, labour, hire & running charges of all machineries, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and forming 12mm wide x 60mm deep contraction joints by fixing 32mm dia 500mm long Mild Steel round bars @ 300C/C including painting two third of the bars with anticorrosive paint & covering the same with 1.25mm thick tough & durable plastic seathing, providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface with bitumastic black paint and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees etc complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying 125 Micron polythene separation membrane with Overlapping of 300mm at joints including cleaning the surface before placing the membrane etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour, all taxes, cost of over lapping, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. N.B: No payment shall be made for over lapping.

Supply of Fe-500 steel confirming to I.S. Specifications of any approved make including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, T&P, all taxes, tollage, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B: Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786. No wastages shall be paid.

Micro Concrete: Supplying, mixing, transporting & laying of micro concrete and 12mm downgraded chips in approved concrete mixture or a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fitted with mixing paddle in the ratio of 1:0.5 by weight with required quantity water and pouring at designated site barricading the work site curing etc with supply of all materials, chips, labour, T&P, all taxes, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting, Supplying Woven Multifilament Polypropylene Geotextile, made of high tenacity polypropylene having UTS ≥ 70kN/m in both wrap & weft direction with mass per unit area 430 GSM as filter material for using behind / beneath the Stone Pitching, properly fixing with the surface, individual multifilament yarns woven together into a stable fabric structure with a superior combination of mechanical and hydraulic properties, capacity to resist biological and chemical environments normally found in soils, stability against short-term exposure to ultraviolet radiation, cutting and stitching the net in two lines with or as directed and stitching the net in continuation for laying on the slope profile of pitching with supply of all labour, material, stitching charges, cost of polypropylene thread with all taxes, waybill expenses, T&P, transportation etc. all complete but excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in Charge. N.B: No extra shall be paid for overlap.

Supply, transportation of hard broken granite stone of size 60.0kg and above of approved quality from the quarry as per requirement, conveying by private trucks with all leads and lifts including loading at one end and unloading at the other end and stacking manually/ mechanically at site in standard stacks, conveying stones from the stacks near site with all leads and lifts, preparing/leveling/dressing the base to the required profile, placing the stones, proper packing and filling the interstices by using small stones, providing and maintaining all approaches with supply of all labour, materials, conveyance, handling charges, T&P, engagement, hire and running charges of all machineries, fuel & lubricants, all safety arrangements etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Conveying stones of size 60kg and above from existing stacks near site (collected and supplied), For stone & placing as per site requirement, conveying with all leads and lifts, preparing/leveling/ dressing the base to the required profile, placing the stones, proper packing and filling the interstices by using small stones, providing and maintaining all approaches with supply of all labour, conveyance, handling charges, T&P, engagement, hire and running charges of all machineries etc. all complete but excluding GST and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply of Polypropylene/Gunny Bag/ Cement Bag filling with approx. 50kg of Salaine sand stiching to the face & Placing to the Wooven polypropylene Bag in position with all labour, Placing ,all taxes, royality, T&P, conveyance charges, Port entry fees etc. all complete But Excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Filling of low laying area with dredged spoil to the required level including transportation within a lead of 5 Km. by private trucks with polythene covering at the top to prevent spillage/ blowing of sand including loading at one end and unloading at other end, spreading in layers, leveling, watering, compacting by VRR in suitable layers with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees, engagement, hire & running charges of all equipments, operation expenses, all POL, cost of water, testing charges, excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. N.B:- 10% voids shall be deducted from the measured quantity of sand after compaction to arrive at the payable quantity.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and transportation of Quarry Dust of approved quality, conveying the same by private Trucks including loading, unloading, spreading quarry dust over the approved surface in suitable layers, compacting with VRR for both Dry & Wet rolling all complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, Taxes, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, operator expenses cost of water, fuel, lubricants etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
