Cleaning of the chocked / blocked sewage lines not exceeding 1.5 m depth of any bore through mechanically / by Jet Machine or any mechanical means between manholes and removing muck sludge / silt / liquid mud etc (including foul position) from pipes including taking down cover slab of any type, thickness and size carefully and refixing in same position after necessary cleaning and removing the cleaned sludge outside of MD land in sealed containers on same day complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to comman rafters and running rails and guided for sliding doors, frame work for chajjas/rain gaurd, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting blocks including cutting, welding etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.
S & F 0.50 mm thick coloured galvalume profile sheet in roofing with feeding material manufactured from 0.50 mm (minimum) base metal thickness (BMT), minimum 550 Mpa yield strength and shall confirm to physical specifications of ASTM-792 or equivalent, colour coated galvalume sheet shall have maximum pitch of 250 mm c/c and minimum 28 mm crest depth in length as per site requirement. The steel sheet shall be coated with hot dip metallic, aluminium Zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zink, 1.5% silicon) coating AZ 150 as 150 gm/Sqm total on both sides. The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificates for the chemical and mechanical properties, confirming genuinity of material including base metal thickness must be submitted for approval of GE prior to the installation/fixing. The manufacturer of sheet should submit related documents for expected product services performances of pre paintted metal sheet as per relevant ASTM/IS. Manufactuer's recommended installation methodology, all types of accessories considered for roofing. Fasterns shall be coloured baked enamel supper durable, polyester with silicon coating of film having thickness of minimum 25 micron (including primer) on top minimum 10 micron (including primer on interior fance). The paint shall be shade as approved by GE. The sheet shall have wide panes with minimum 2 small stiffening ribs for effective with self-drilling screws as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Total thickness of sheet with BMT, AZ 150 coating and painting shall not be less than 0.575 mm).
S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.
M & L for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.
S & F Stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 100 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.
M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
Notes for Item Nos 1.00 to 58.00 : - (a) The contractor shall employee adequate numbers of tradesman/labour for timely completion of the complaints as per time frame given below :- (i) Priority-I : Complaints pertains to major water leakage, blockage of sewage upto first manhole, blockage of rain water cutter, flushing cistern will be attended on priority-I and the same will be completed within 4 to 8 hrs. (ii) Priority-II : Complaints pertains to major water leakage, blockage of sewage beyond first manhole, blockage of rain water cutter, put manhole cover, will be attended on priority-II and the same will be completed within 48 hrs. (iii) Priority-III : Complaints pertains to renewal/replacement of sewage line/gutters will be attended on priority-III and the same will be completed within one week. (iv) Contractor or his supervisor shall collect the complaints/job card from JE concerned between 0900 hrs to 1000 hrs on all working days and deposite the same after completion of job duly signed by user/occupants. (v) Summary of complaints will be prepared by the contractor and put up to Engineer-in-Charge on last date of every month. (vi) If contractor shall not attend the complaint as per time frame given in Para (i) to (iii), Rs 500/- per complaint will be recovered from the RAR/Final bill.
