Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage with all lead and lift. (Good earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20 % for payment)

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage with all lead and lift. (cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Supplying and Stacking of Red Bajri at site by mechanical transport i/c royalty and carriage loading unloading with all lead and lifts.

Supplying and stacking of jamuna sand at site I/C royalty, carriage and loading / un loading for all leads and lifts.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2: 1 by volume (2 part of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20 %: 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth .if any with all leads and lift (cost of manure. sludge or extra good earth if needed to paid for separately). i) SIZE 0.90m. dia and 0.90m. deep

a) Supply and stacking of Tree Plants fully grown free from all disease at site. i) Supply and stacking of Bottle palm plant of ht. 150-180 cm bottom girth 20-25 cm well developed in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

ii) Supply and stacking of Callistemon lanceolatus plant of height 150-165 cm. in big poly bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

iii) Supply and stacking of Cassia fistula (Amaltash) plant of height 120-135 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

iv) Supply and stacking of Plumeria alba plant of height 120-135 cm. with 2-3 branches in bigs of size 30 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

b) Supply and stacking of Shrub Plants fully grown free from all disease at site. i) Supply and stacking of plant Calliandra hybrida of hight 75-90 cm. with 4-5 branches in bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

ii) Supply and Stacking of Plant Ficus Panda of Ht. 45-60 cm, with 6-7 branches, and healthy foliage in p. bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge

iii) Supply and Stacking of Plant Hamelia Patens of Ht. 60-75 cm. with 6-8 branches in ploy bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the office-in-charge.

iv) Supply and stacking of plant Hibiscus variegated of height 45-60 cm. with 3-4 branches and healthy variegated foliage in earthen pots of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

v) Supply and Stacking of Plant Tecoma gaudichaudi of Ht. 60-75 cm., with 5-6 branches in p. bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

vi) Supply and stacking of of Plant Thuja compacta of Ht. 45-60 cm. well branched in earthen pots of size 25 cm as per direction of the office-in-charge.

c) Supply and stacking of Hedge Plants fully grown free from all disease at site. i) Supply and stacking of Plant Putranjiva roxburghii of ht. 45-60 cm in bag of size 15 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and stacking of Ground Cover fully grown free from all disease at site i) Providing and stacking of Chlorophytum-variegated plant, full of leafy suckers in 15 cm size of Earthen Pot/ Plastic Po & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

ii) Providing and stacking of Syngonium (Butterfly) variegated plant with 2-3 suckers healthy foliage in Earthen Pot/ Plastic Pot of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

iii) Providing and stacking of wadelia trilobata plant, full of leaves in Earthen Pot/ Plastic Pot of 15 cm size as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and stacking of Foliage Plant fully grown free from all disease at site i) Supply and displaying of Areca Palm Plant, having ht. 1.20 m to 1.50 m with 5 to 6 suckers, well developoed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pots/ Plastic Pot & as per direction of officer-in-charge.

ii) Providing and displaying of Raphes palm having ht. 45 cm to 60 cm with 5 to 7 suckers, well developed, full of fresh and healthy leaves in 25 cm size of Earthen Pot/ Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply of Neem oil Cake site in gunny bags/ plastic bags (in 40 kg packing)

Supply of Chlorpyriphos 20% E.C/ Lindane 20% E.C as per specification at site (Packing in one Ltr./ 5 Ltr.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tree guard 45 cm square in plan, height 1.20 metre above ground level and 0.40 metre below ground level. The vertical members shall consist of four nos. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm, 1.60 m long, one at each corner and 8 nos flat iron of size 25x3 mm, 1.2 m long. The vertical members shall be welded to 4 nos. 25x6 mm M.S. flats placed horizontally around the vertical member of the cage. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered CPWD/PWD any other approved name. The tree guard shall be fixed to the ground by making suitable holes and by embedding four corners leg in the ground, including refilling the earth, compaction etc. complete. The tree guard shall be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approval brand and manufacture over a coat of primer, complete in all respect.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm. deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30cm. refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 Part of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20 %: one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%). Flooding with water filling with earth if necessary. Watering and finally fine dressing, levelling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed within a lead of 50 m lift upto1.5 m. complete (cost of sludge. Manure or extra earth to be paid for seprately).
