Supply, install and commisioning of new factory made microprocessor controlled air cooled variable refrigerant flow type air conditioning system of capacity 30 TR to maintain a temparature range 22 degree +/- 2 degree Celcius consisting modular type outdoor units equipped with highly efficient full inverter scroll compressors (all compressors will have to be inverter type), special acryl precoated / blue fin heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, The Outdoor and Indoor units shall be integrated with special super wiring system with LCD display into one common wiring circuit from the indoor control arrangement including refrigerant gas R410A and piping system, complete suitable for refrigerant R410A or equivalent non-CFC type and including all structural MS frame work PCC platforms required complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item 1 : (i) All external cabling, sub main wiring and refrigerant piping in between indoor and outdoor units shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) unit rate quoted shall deemed to be includes complete factory made outdoor units, special super wiring system (control wiring) all PCC work including plinth, MS angle supports etc. (iii) Indoor units, refrigerant piping, cabling etc. shall be measured and paid under separate items. (iv) The entire AC system shall be microprocessor controlled and it shall be able to operate from both inside and outside of the rooms. (v) No humidity control system and fresh air charge arrangement is required to be provided with the airconditioning system. (vi) design and drawing of complete system to be submitted to GE for approval before commencement of work

Supply and fix ceiling mounted 4 way air discharge cassette type indoor units Capacity of each indoor unit shall not be less than 3.0 TR with compact cooling, having complete accessories including front grill and cord less remote control unit and multispeed fan motor, dynamically balanced blower and designed for silent operation, including advanced air filters to keep the air clean and dust free at 20 micron level. The filter shall have to be synthetic washable media type arranged for convenient cleaning and replacement, built-in drain pump,suitable drain pan fabricated out of heavy sheet steel insulated with 6mm expanded polyethylene sheet including remote operating arrangements with board LCD display system and including suitable drain pipe connected upto the ground level outside the building through suitable route complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix wired remote control unit suitable for central room wise control for all cassette type units installed in all individual rooms together with LCD display and self daignostic features complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installtion of refrigerant copper piping insulated with Nitrile Rubber Tubular insulation for the following sizes (outer dia) including suitable joints / branch connectors and distributers for indoor & outdoor units as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling the existing BER AC plant approx 30TR (10TR X 3) installed in the Flying clothing store including compressors units, condensers units, GI ducting, fan motors and panel boards complete and transporting to AGE E/M stores for safe custody including fully dismantling all the plinths and finishing matching with the floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation,etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40Sqcm and over in section, in any position in framed work

S &F Armstrong mineral fibreaccoustical suspended ceiling system with optra (board) square edge tiles. The module size of tile is 600x600x15mm, NRC 0.90. Grid is 32x24mm; long Tee is 27x24mm 1.2m long; Cross Tee is 25x24mm 0.6m long; wall angle 3m long 19x19mm size.
