Note :- Rough cast finish to be as below :- After applying the under coat of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of creshed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generallly of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster in repairs on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified. Note: 1. Rate also includes necessary scaffolding to carry out stone grit plaster work upto a height G+3 to G+6. 2. Payment for providing grooves as specified shall be also includes in quoted rates.

M&L for clearing away all grass, cleaning/brooming to terrace floor, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling ground, and removing rubbish outside the MoD periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and directed. Notes :-(a) The cleaning of grass/vegetable/brush wood growing to be cleaned upto 6 (Six) storey and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and finishing the surface to match the exisitng surface complete all as spceified and directed by Engr-in-Change(b) Rate also includes necessary scaffolding, tools & plants to carry out the work upto a height G+6 floor.
