Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(With an initial lead of 5 Km. II) For grading II materials.

Providing, laying spreading and compacting local material in block or large discrete particles, such as kankar, Laterite, Dhandla etc. as per Table 400.13 to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding materials to fill-up the interstices of laid material watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 405.3 and Technical Specification Cluase 408. B) By Mechanical means ( C) Using screening type- B Grading II materials

Providing and laying Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS:15658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per technical specification and as directed.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.II) With bitumen emulsion CSS-I (b) Dry and hungry bituminous surface

Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semidense bituminousconcretewith100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous [email protected] to5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control tothereqd .grade, lavel and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller sto achieve the desire d compaction as per MoSRT&Hcl.no.508. complete in all respect.(including carriage of mixed materials upto10.0Km intial lead from mixing plant) (Including costof testing of materials at siteand laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7

Construction of R.C.C. railing of M 25 grade in cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre-to-centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000 mm as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 900 and 1208.3
