Cracks of more than 15mm depth are to be filled with cement grouting like (URP Cement grout) by injecting through nozzles till refusal by authorized applicators of manufacturer carefully by following manufacturer’s instructions. The size and spacing of the nozzles shall be all as per manufacturers instructions/as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4. After drying, roof coat paint shall be applied (@ rate of 1 L per 1sqm) with roller in both directions with a gap of 12 hr for each direction over a self prime coat @ 0.5 ltrs of water mixed to 1L of roof coat paint. 5. Necessary guarantee of 05 years shall be submitted by the contractor. M & L for drilling and fixing teflon perforated nozzles in RCC members including drilling 14mm dia 50 to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 600 mm in staggered manner all as directed including cleaning the holes by air blowers prior to fixing nozzles and fixed nozzles in cleaned holes. DBs shall be fixed on wall in flush pattern by chase cutting in stone or brick wall and disturbed surfaces shall be made good even and smooth using CM (1:3) as required etc complete all as specified and directed with following ratings & ways:- (a) SP & N 12 ways- 8 Nos (b) SP & N 8 ways-6 Nos

S&F MCBs of 'C' series having breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs etc complete all as specified and directed with following ratings:-

Make - CG Cat Part No. LSTS-40-CDL or Equivalent in Wipro/Philips (Note:- Bracket along with screw to fix on wall/surface duly painted by silver colour paint will be included in above quoted rate.)

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mmx600mmx6mm, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40 mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.00 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. Reinforcement in cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Quoted shall include the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth wire/strip. (iii) Quoted shall include cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire/strip. Supply and fixing 40mm dia steel tubing galvanised light grade for passing cable under road floors or fixing to poles for mechanical protection of under ground cable complete with flat iron clamps made of shape and 12 mm dia bolts nuts and washers fixing where required complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of Cable protection in floors and on walls with 40 mm GI pipe in DBs/Panels will be inclusive in above quoted rate)
