REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF BLDG STREET LIGHT, SECURITY LIGHTS AND ALLIED WORKS IN MD ACCN OF DHANA MIL STN.

Repair/maint of High Mast light fittings ,Jhumroo light fittings,flood light fittings, Gate light fittings, or any other fittings of any types/make installed in building under roof on a height upto 16 Mtr, fitted on pole etc. by means replacing any U/S parts as and when reqd complete with labour including dismantling, reassembling and refixing the fitting at its original location/ other locations with proper alignment and making good all defects, replacing minor parts as such nuts, bolts/PVC connection,insulation tape etc and keep the light fitting in working conditions throughout the period of the contract complete all as specified and directed (Note- Burn out parts replaced will be paid as supply only under relevant items)

Repair/maint of street light fittings,Building light,Garden light, LED type (25 to 80 Watt) or any other fitting of any types/make installed in pole on height upto 9 mtr/11mtr by means replacing any U/S parts as and when reqd complete with labour including dismantling, reassembling and refixing the fitting at its original location/ other location with proper alignment and making good all defects, including replacing minor parts as such nuts, bolts/PVC connection, insulation tape, 2.5 sqmm 3 core wire upto 1 mtr (light fitting to pole connection) etc and keep the light fitting in working conditions throughout the period of the contract complete all as specified and directed (Note- Burn out parts replaced will be paid as supply only under relevant items)

Supply only electronic driver suitable for LED fitting of 70 to 90 watt complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable street light fitting any type and Supply and fixing 70 Watt LED street light fitting with system lumen more than 7000, CCT 5700 K, 4K inbuilt surge protection, PF not less than 0.95 including all accessories with Pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass & IP66 protection. including suitable size galvanised iron 2 Nos clamps made of flat iron of size 25 x 6mm and suitable bolts and nuts with washers, incl PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded 3 core 1.5 sqmm from fitting to OH line/up to looping terminal box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 45W LED street light New generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile IP 66 with Pressure die-cast aluminium alloy for housing (heat sink) for effective thermal management and tempered protective toughened glass with IK07 rating and lens on the led chips and APFC driver, CCT 5700K, System Lumen efficiency 100 lumen/watt, inbuilt surge protection, PF not less than 0.95 including suitable size galvanised iron 2 Nos clamps made of flat iron of size 25 x 6mm and suitable bolts and nuts with washers, incl PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded 3 core 1.5 sqmm from fitting to OH line/up to looping terminal box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 100W LED energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium flood light with high power LEDs as light source incl necessary fixing arrangement with IP65 protection and PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded 3 core 2.5 sqmm for connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of LED Gate Light with Dusk Dawn Sensors 25W Intelligent smart LED gate light with Dusk Dawn sensors that automatically switches on when ambient Lux Levels go below ~40Lux and switches off at lux levels above ~50 (Make- Shakti/ Havells/ Philips or any make approved by Engr-in-Charge) Model - SZPGPMX025-DDS complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No 05 to 08 :- (i) All minor spares other than enumerated above such as insulation tape, connector, connectiing wire 3 core upto 1.5 RM, screws, nut, bolts, washers etc are required for proper installation of fitting is deemed to be included in the item rate. (ii) The ladder, T&P and safety belts etc as required for executing the work shall be provided by the Contractor and the rate quoted is deemed to be included for the same.

Material & labour in replacement of the two single / one twin core PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor 10 sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn in swaged steel poles for connecting the street light fitting from the terminal box provided at the bottom all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement of the two single / one twin core PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor 6 sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn in swaged steel poles for connecting the street light fitting from the terminal box provided at the bottom all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement of the PVC insulated stranded copper wire 1.5 sqmm 3 core 1100 volts grade drawn in swaged steel poles for connecting the street light fitting from the terminal box provided at the bottom all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement automatic street light switch for automatic swithcing of street light/high mast light based on lux level of natural light including the sensor alongwith suitable power contractor as per IEC - 60947-4-4 , MCB and support terminal and enclosed in pole/wall mounted factory made PVC enclosure made out of rust , shock, termite proof and FR grade confirming to IP 54 of capacity 5 KW, Single phase , 240 V of make Make- Kaktiya Energy system (model - SWADEEP 02EC 5kW1P or equivalent model of /philips/Havells)

Material & labour for factory made SMC junction box of size not less than 250mm x 200mm x 105mm as per sample and make approval by Engr-in - Charge with 4 Nos Aluminium Busbar of size 20 x 3 mm thick mounted on porcelin insulators with and incl MCB, 'C' Curve SP 06 Amp - 01 Nos incl incoming and outgoing connections with necessary welding work, clamps and mounting on poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repalacement of street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe bend to shape 1.2 m long with 02 Nos clamp made out of 25 x 6mm GI strip including drilling holes bending welding and made to clampes on building/concrete/Rail/Tubular pole and all as per specified and directed by engr in charge.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB SP 6-32 Amp 230V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
