Lead charges for 1st 1 km or part thereof, by mechanical transport including loading unloading, stacking / levelling etc.

Filling in plinth & foundation trenches, under floors / grade slabs / on top of raft slabs or any other location as directed with approved available excavated murrum / earth including loading, mechanical transportation from the location of storage / stacking within the premises of DAE, unloading, levelling, spreading in layers of maximum 250 mm depth, watering & compacting by mechanical means to achieve minimum 98% of Standard Proctor Density, all equipment, labour, supervision etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Provding and constructing brick work in Cement mortar 1:4 using standard bricks of approved class/ quality, make or brand and crushed sand in foundation and plinth including curing, raking out joints, simultaneous pointing below plinth level if specified, complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-incharge

Providing 12 mm thick Internal plastering in cement mortar 1:4 without cement punning (using crushed sand) finished smooth, including sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of the surface, scaffolding, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed at site complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 (either site mix or from approved RMC plants) using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level.

Providing and fixing Reinforcement Steel confirming to IS 1786 for RCC works at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings using TMT bars of specified grades all dia bars. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor manufactured by M/s SAIL, M/s RINL, M/s TATA, M/s JSPL, M/s JSW Steel or approved brands of BARC

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-incharge at all levels

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists, plain plates, chequered plates, pipes, cold formed sections or other sections up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sized sections using materials produced by SAIL, RINL, TATA, ESSAR, JSPL, JSW or approved brands of BARC; welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses, structural steel floors, frame works, monorails, hand rail, sign boards, partitions, ceilings and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Extra for galvanizing minimum 80 micron thick galvanised coating on structural steel work including all charges etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 16 mm diameter 150 mm Long Anchor Fastner of approved make including drilling in concrete as per requirement for fixing EPs or other structures all as specified by the manufacturer complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and fixing 0.50 mm thickness precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch up to and including single length up to 12.00 met. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume roofing accessories for ridges, gutters, aprons and flashings with galvalume sheet above 600mm total width up to 1200 mm using self drilling / self tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers complete.

Providing and fixing corrugated serrated / plain wing adjustable ridges and hips in fibre cement roofing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete.

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and painting two (or) more coats with Epoxy paint at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing with sand paper to remove dust, dirt etc, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper,by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, making free of rust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joints, cracks if any etc. complete.all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to acheive 200 micron film thickness (50 micron primer coat + 150 micron finishing coat).

Providing and Painting with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) with two coats of approved make and manufacturer and of required shade and colour, including scaffolding, preparation of the surfaces, scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete all as directed at site including scaffolding, cleaning of the areas. etc., with a coat of approved cement primer as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified pre fabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm or as per manufacturer specifications by the same membrane manuifacturer. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc. with lappingof 10 mm and 150 mm on sides and ends respectively and preparing the surface and applying refective coating red oxide on top of the finished surface complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of membrane shall be got done through trained applicator.

Providing and fixing colour anodized aluminium work (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately)

Supplying and installation of moisture resistant/fire resistant 6 mm thick Heavy duty fiber cement board (High pressure steam cured) conforming to IS 14862:2000 of category III type B as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling / taping screws / as per manufacturer specification for partitions / ceiling. Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick of 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm. (cost of frame work to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing frame work for partitions/ wall lining / ceiling etc. made of 50x50x1.6 mm hollow MS tube / cold formed sections, placed along the walls, ceiling and floor in a grid pattern with suitable spacing in both ways (vertically & horizontally) with necessary welding at junctions and fixing the frame to wall/ ceiling/ floors with steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia, 75 mm long bolt, including making provision for opening for doors, windows, electrical conduits, switch boards etc., including providing with two coats of approved steel primer etc. complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 75mm thick SOLID WALL PANELS made of fibre reinforced aerared cement sandwich panels with two 4mm thick non-asbestos fibre reinforced cement sheets conforming to IS 14862 on either side of the lightweight concrete core composed of portland cement, flyash, binders etc with tongue and groove arrangement. The bottom of the panel shall be fixed to the floor channel made up of 1 mm thick GI channels of size 14x75x25 mm fixed to the existing floor with 6x60mm nylon self expansion screws at 600 mm C/C and top of the panel fixed with ceiling channel made out of 1mm thick GI Channel of size 38x75x38mm duly fixed to the existing ceiling/member with 6x60mm nylon self expansion screws at 600 mm C/C or by welding. All the tongue and groove joints of the panels have to be properly cleaned and flushed by using paper tape. Both the panels at joint shall be fixed by applying suitable jointing compound as recommended by the manufacturer. The rate includes cost of 75mm SOLID WALL PANELS, G.l. Floor and ceiling channel, all material required for erecting and fixing etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 4.0 mm thick clear float glass panes glazing in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with PVC / Neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Providing and fixing IS: 3564 marked aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer of approved make with necessary accessories and screws etc. in doors with necessary bolts & nuts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing fencing with G.I. barbed wire 12 swg RCC / MS post placed at required distance, embedded in every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines of barbed wire 9.38 kg per 100 metres (min) between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs including removal of existing barbed wire if any etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (cost of RCC posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separetely). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing (Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade) of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm, strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required including removal of existing fence if any complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge.

Repairing and painting of chain link fencing

Providing and fixing Glazed VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved make in sizes 600 or more conforming to IS 15622 in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish laid over a bed of minimum 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (using Crushed sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry including grouting with the joints with white cement based Tile Grout of approved make and matching shade complete as per patterns, drawings and specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying 300 mm Dia non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes and as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including testing of joints etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Ordinary colour range vitreous China wash basin size 630 x 450 mm and equivalent sizes of approved make and colour with C.I. brackets, 15 m C.P. brass pillar tap of approved make,15 mm x 600mm long PVC Inlet connection, 32 mm heavy quality C.P. brass waste coupling of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and testing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Identification of material in PREFRE Store, arranging gate pass, handling, lifting, loading of materials on trailer, shifting of materials to IP Store, unloading and stacking of material at designated loacation in IP Store yard, preparation and submission of report by deploying of suitable capacity mobile cranes, trailers, lifting, rigging, transporting arrangements, slings, D-shackles and other tools & tackles, consumables, sufficient labours and qualified safety supervisor etc. This work also includes making necessary approach to loading & unloading areas, shifiting of necessary tools & tackles to required location including arrangement of P&M, tools & tackles, consumables as directed by Engineer-in charge/tender specification.

Dismantling brick work in Cement mortar carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of materials and dispoal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling doors, windows and clear storey openings (steel / aluminum /wood) including shutter, frame, chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 100 m lead (full windows) of area 3.00 Sq.M and below
