Cleaning of underground sump of any capacity cleaning the floors, wall and ceiling portion of sump etc by Mechnical high pressure spray and steel wire brush to remove Algae/dirt/foreign dirt completely and soaking out the water/dirt with a high pressure wet vaccum pump and removing spoils out side of MD land distance exc 5 kms & n.exc 10 kms and applying spray of approved chemical etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- Rates deemed to be included for pumping out water left below foot valve. Note: Rate include the painting of two coats of enamal paint with visible colour about date of cleaning and due date for cleaning complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs long body CP bib cock brass with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for GI or pvc tubing 15 mm dia bore including necessary clamp & saddles etc all as specified.

Supply & Fixing in repairs Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc with Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. Note:Contractor should survey each quarter in old and new navy nagar and highly rusted angle should be change accordingly.

M& L for Cleaning of loft tanks of capacity 170 to 275 ltrs in existing position by mechanised pressure, cleaning using PVC tank cleaning solution and draining out the water by wet vaccum pump, rinsing with clean drinking water and providing sticker showing the date of cleaning complete all as specified. Note : Any damage to pipe and PVC tank during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost.
