Earth work excavation in foundation in hard soil including stony earth, and gravel mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts and to the required depth including shoring, shuttering, propping bullahs, piling de watering from foundation dressing and leveling bed supplying and working pumps staking the excavated materials away from working area as directed by the E.I.C etc in all respects with coffer dam if required as per specification including cost of all materials hire and running charges of the machineries T & P etc. required for the work.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming including cost of all materials, conveyance, all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, T&P, sundries etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) in foundation using 40 mm size clean hard black broken granite metal free from skin & weather skin of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick to the required level, ramming, compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing etc. complete with cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials, cost of labour, T &P and machineries etc. completed in all respect as directed by the E.I.C

R.C.C. work (M-25) in plinth band, slab, chajja having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 150 Kg/cm sqm in 15 cm. Cubes at 28 days with IS 456 and 516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size (20mm Not to exceed 25 %) hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying and compaction concrete watering an curing for 4 weeks, (Including centering, shuttering) and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of HYSD/ M.S. rods or Tor steel (SAIL) and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. rods of Tor steel and binding wire and tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the E.I.C a) Column base

(1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles with rubbing and polishing complete including cost, conveyance of pre cast tile with all labour T&P, taxes etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C. Fixing Ceramic tiles in floor, steps, treads and landing on 20 cm thick of C.M. (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost, conveyance of precaste tile with all labour T&P taxes etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C. 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints cleaning & finishing the plaster surface smooth including wash and screening the sand free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials by proper sieiving and grade, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete with all lead lift and delift complete in all respect to the specification and proper grade and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
