Repair/servicing of radiator assembly of 160/250/320 KVA DG Set (Greaves/Kirloskar/Cummins) after dismantling and removing cooling fans, guard plates and lowering the same from engine after draining out water from radiator and scrapping / removing sludge / scale inside tank with acid including replacement MS tank (botom portion) at rusted portion by cutting/ welding / brazing with 2mm thick copper plate including painting. Remounting the same at its original position and repalcement of pre mixed coolent as per the ratio fixed by manufacturer and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note- Pre mixed coolent shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule)

M&L for servicing /preventive maintence of DG set of capacity 25KVA to 110 KVA at site comprising of the following check & re adjust valve tapped clearence in cold, drain out used engine oil by opening the oil chamber, cleaning the chamber thoroughly, filling the new engine oil refixing the chamber cover with new gasket , replacement of diesel filter, oil filter, air filter, cleaning the diesel tank, clean radiator fins & air to air after coller & AVM pads , check rubber seal and hose pipes replace if found defective , check coupling disc on injection pump, check speed governer for proper functioning and lubricating linkages, check clean air filter element ,check functioning of engine protection unit repair to instruments panel, Check and repair of any leakage etc.and replacement of small minor items such as nut, bolts, washers, etc are included in quoted rates of BOQ. The above checks are stictly followed in the duration of six month interval of every 250 Hrs of run all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Engine oil and filters shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts and washers. Strip laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm. (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits). (c) Excavation & earthwork in any type of soil PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover.

Dismantling and Taking Out old unserviceable LT Panal and Supply, installation, Commissioning and testing LT panel board of size 1500 x 1200 x 300 mm (Approx) for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, AC, 50 Hz supply, Outdoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof, pedestal mounting type suitable for Outdoor applications having suitable shape/ size canopy on top, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with using 40mm x 40mm x 5mm angle iron frame and supports, duly finished with powder coated of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer all over steel surfaces complete with separate compartment of suitable shape and size with shutter and locking arrangement for each switchgear and including PCC work for fixing panel legs 45 cm above ground level and bus bar of aluminium conductor suitable shape and size, TPN of 1000 Amps rating including taking out end connectinons of the existing cables and fixing the cable with the panel using new lugs and glands of suitable size including following switchgear & controls.

Disconnecting, taking out and removing old existing unserviceable underground, LT cable of any size 35 sqmm to 70 sqmm and in any position complete including taking down protection pipe,PCC Cover/Bricks etc all as specified and directed

Relaying only old serviceble cable, jointing and testing any description and size of 35 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm any core laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade of 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed. including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus excavated material exc. 50 mtr but n. exc. 250 mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point etc complete all as directed.

M&L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed . NOTE: - Punned thickness shall be measured & paid.

Supplying & Laying Sub Class `B’ bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as in cable protection all as specified and directed

Disconnecting & Taking out old unserviceable joints 10 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm and Supplying, Fixing, jointing and testing for provision of straight through joints, epoxy type with epoxy jointing materials, suitable for XLPE, LT Cable, 1100 Volts grade, for the following sizes of cables all as specified and directed.

All as per item srl No 157.00 above but 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm 3½ core.
