M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered incl removing cornices, pilasters by brooming down to remove all dust, dirt and all loose scales and other foreign matter and smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt, oil & grease spots by steel wire brushes or steel scrapers, etc and applying one coat of white wash to walls to obtain uniform surface including making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but one coat of DISTEMPERING WITH 1ST QUALITY acrylic distemper having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr of approved manufacturere if reqd shed of colour complete as per manufactures specifications, all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls plastered or unplastered, Washing, rubbing down and two coats of DISTEMPERING WITH 1ST QUALITY acrylic distemper (over a coat of alkali resistant primer) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr of approved manufacturere of reqd shade of colour complete as per manufactures specifications, all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4 above but one coat of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete as directed by Engr-in-charge

Writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets with synthetic enamel paints complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting down the plant/trees of girth n exc 15cm, from roof/top sides of external walls of bldgs, in chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of GI/CI/AC/PVC pipes and taking out roots entered in wall/slabs, applying emulsion of non toxic chemicals including making good the surface using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or cement mortar (1:2) or brick work in CM(1:4) plastered with CM(1:4) to match with existing surface and repairing the pipes and joints which was affected by cutting down/taking out process all as specified and as directed for plants / trees located upto a ht of 7.50 mtrs from GL.etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster any description and the like on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with integral water proofing compound (IWPC Measured and paid seperately) on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 18 above but on walls.
