Earthwork in excavation by manual meansover areas ( Exceeding 30 cm and upto1.5 mtr in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mtrs from cutting edge disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in All kind of soils.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 course sand, 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm size) crushed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centring and shuttering. All works upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size crushed.

Supply & Dumping stone excluding cost of stone in Horizontal level

Providing and laying D.P.C. 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) Crushed.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modualar) . Bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level (by manual means).

Reinforcement of R.C.C. work including strainghtening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Cold Twisted bars.

Half Brick Masonary with brick of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

15 mm thick cement plaster on rough side of signal or half brick wall of mix 1:4(1 cement:4 course sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement:2crused sand:4 graded stone aggregate) finshed with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps, etc. complete 40mm thick , using 20mm nominal size stone aggregate (crushed).

Filling available excavted earth (excluding rock)in trenches,plinth,sides of foundation etc layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed & consolidated & grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth crushed.

Providing and fixing on wall for unplastcised rigid PVC rain water pipes including jointing with seal ring 75mm dia.

White washing with lime to give and even shade on new work (three or more coats).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade new work.(Two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 Kg/ 10 sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade.New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution

Provision for providing and fixing steel girder (Complete Job)

Carriage of sand by mechanical transport through a lead upto 10 Kms including cost of loading, unloading and stacking .

Carriage of stone aggregate below 40 mm nominal size through a lead upto 10 Kms by mechanical transport including cost of loading, unloading and stacking .

Carriage of stone aggregate above 40 mm nominal size through a lead upto 10 Kms by mechanical transport including cost of loading, unloading and stacking .

Carriage of bricks by mechanical transport through a lead upto 15 Km including cost of loading, unloading and stacking .

Carriage of soilng stone by Mechanical transportation in all terrain through a lead of 3 Kms including cost of loading, unloading and stacking.
