(a) Material and labour for surface preparation : Surfaces to receive flooring system shall be abraded to a minimum of 150 microns profile using shot blasting. the surface should be shot-blast, diamond grinded or power scarified as required to obtain clean, open porous concrete and to remove sufficient material to provide a sound surface, free of laitance, glaze, efflorescence, and any bond-inhibiting curing compounds. The surface shall be ensured that there are no grease, oil, and other penetrating contaminants. The damage and deteriorated concrete shall be repaired by polymeric screeds such as Cipicrete. (b) Primer : Primer will be applied which shall be a two component, solvent-free, epoxy-polyamido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of 1:1 to yield thickness of 100 microns. Primer coat is a thin mild coating which penetrates into the concrete and forms and cohesive bond. Primer provides excellent adhesion of the concrete /cementitious substrates. Primer shall be allowed to cure for 6-7 hours.(Cipoxy 11)

(c) Repairing of cracks/pot holes/undulation : Surface areas where minor cracks and potholes are observed it should be covered or filled in should be absolutely dry, clean and devoid of dust, oil loos floor particles, old paint, tar etc. These damaged areas to be filled or levelled with an instant concrete repair compound consisting of a specially developed EPU based Resin and Hardener which can be used for immediate repairs for worn out floors and pavements. This EPU based Resin, Hardener and grey coloured aggregates to mixed thoroughly with the aid of mechanical stirrer for 5 minutes. Lay the mix with a trowel and level it smoothly. Material to be used for repairing of cracks, potholes and worn out areas should be fast setting, no water curing, and higer compressive strength than concrete, thermally stable and water resistant.(CIPICRETE)

(d) EPU top coat : Top coat of Epoxy-Polyurethane (EPU) top coat shall be supplied in preweighed packs and ready to mix and use which will consists of resin, hardener, EPI (colour concentrate) and formulated aggregates to be mixed Resin & Hardener in the pre weighed ratio, add EPI colour (colour concentrate) and formulated aggregates to agitate the thickness of 500 microns thickness then deaerate by using spike rollers and to allow to cure for a minimum 48 hours before the trafficking is commenced. EPU based floor toppings offer excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility, chemical resistance and fast curing properties. lt’s a multi-polymer hybrid of epoxy and combined to impart the optimum properties. Material and labour for cutting of PQC slabs of depth not exceeding 15cm by the help of electric/diamond tool cutter of appropriate geometrical size in order to have smooth edges the inside of cut concrete surface shall be made proper vertical finishing and cleaned with hard wire brush to remove all loose particles and vaccumed cleaned to have a dry and dirt free surface and removal of debris out side of MD land all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for micro concrete for filling concrete surface made rough for proper mechanical anchorage. the surface shall be further cleaned with suitable 'solvents' for a clean stable surface and preparing and applying Epoxy Bond Coat (Fosroc Nitobond EP or equivalent) inclusive of Base and hardner brushed and worked well on the old concrete of M-50 grade (Renderoc RG of Fosroc or equivalent) to form rigid edges of joints. Note :- (a) The hardening edges of the joints to be repaired shall not be less than 35mm in depth. (b) The work shall be carried out through authorised applicator only

Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 25CmX25CmX22 mm thick, machine pressed,(with grey cement & no pigments), set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick bedding layers in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete ( Molith-MC) M-40 including all lifts, shuttering,drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete. Material and labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Material and labour for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plasticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. (for repair to slab,lintel,RCC wall)

Material and labour for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including,Mixing of materials:Mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting maintain the pressureat exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam and columns) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chipping , removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer ,breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc. complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, complete, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel pre laminated PVC door shutter 30 mm thick(style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes 19 gauge thickness and size of 40 mm x 20 mm for stiles, top,bottom and lock rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelaminated PVC "C" Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 30 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement.110 mm width forming stiles in which 100 mm should be flat and 5 mm should be tapered, and 5 mm thick, 135 mm wide prelaminated PVC sheet for top and bottom rail in which 125 should be flat and 5 mm should be tapered on either side of panel, also for lock rail 145 mm sheet, 125 should be flat and 5 mm tapered on either side . And additional 5 mm thick PVC strip struck inside of C channel and Prelaminated PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium anodised various section powder coated as required for doors, window sliding or hung type & partion etc including fixing and making the frames hinges to receive glass/wire gauge etc. Complete incl all fittings like rubber beading, clips locking arrangement for shutter, sealant etc all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge. Note:-Aluminium doors, window & partion to be fixed with cadmium plated screw not less then 300 mm C to C & cealing the joints between frames & kota stone with polysulphide sealant as per the manufactures instruction".

Material and labour for preparation of old painted suface of steel of iron work of any discripation over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for waterproofing treatment to sunken floor (a) All pipes passing through the walls fof sunken floors shall be laid before the water proofing treatment is carried out. One number 50mm dia, 35 cm long medium grade GI pipe spout with wire gauze on inside mouth shall be provided to each sunken portion 50mm GI pipe with wire gauze shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Clear the sunken lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus 100mm) of floors by wire brush. Chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface. There after rencdering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick cement mortar with 1:4 (1 cement :4coarse sand) mixed with integral water proffing compound to make it even. Fill it with water and check for dampness and seepage. Wherever dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. Fixing of nozzles and grouting shall be measured and paid separately. (c) All junction' point of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (d) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (e) Apply two coats of polymer modifed cementations water proofing coating as per manufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height. The thickness of each layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface.

(f) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers specifications including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (g) Test the water proofed area by filling water for at east 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Tests shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab be maintained. (h) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be paintinag with anticorrosive paint (Black Japan)

Cutting holes in bricks or RCC walls exc half brick built in cement mortar including making good after inserting and setting spouts all as specified.

Material and labour for GI pipe 50 mm dia medium grade laid on sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides upto finished floor level+ 100 mm height. All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint ( black japan) shall be paid separately

M/L for lime concrete 1:3:6 with brick bats of size 40 mm as in mass filling in sunken portion as specified and directed

M/L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, 75 mm thick as in sub base, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic concept tiles 450x300xx7 mm thick but as on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
