M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in steps, skirting, dado, pillars and like fixed over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3, set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) light shade, polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm in floors set and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile fixed over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all specified and directed.

S&F 15mm thick 1st class soft wood Australlian wooden panelling fixed with toughened and grouted as wall panelling including fillets/cornices & 6mm thick plywood BWR fixing on walls and finally finished with french polish (two or more coats) and preparation with sneezing including necessary timber scantling and frame work complete all as specified and directed.
