Material and labour for Tripod (Delta) type maintenance free chemical earthing (comprising of three Nos chemical earthing) as per drawing attached (Sketch No - 01) and specifications as follows:- (a) Copper electrode of wall thickness minimum 2mm not less than 3m length with not less than 76mm outer dia total 03 Nos including copper strip of size 50 x 6mm minimum 2m long connected /brazing with 75mm dia copper electrode and 25 x 3mm copper strip not less than 3 mtr long for inter connecting three 75mm copper earth electrode complete as per drawing. (b) Fixing of copper earth electrode by drilling/ boring 175mm dia hole 5.00m deep in any type of strata, placing electrode along with extention earth strip 50 x 6mm 2m long and mixing earthing soil resitivity improvement compound Gel min 10 KG per bore total 30 KG for 3 bores and 75 KG per bore total 225 KG for 3 bores soil resistivity improvement compound homogeneously as per manufacturer instruction. (c) FRP earthing display board 254mm x 380mm made out of plastic material showing information related to type of earthing, earthing result, due date of testing along with fixing size 610mm height made of plastic hollow pipe of 20mm dia. (d) PCC earthing pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of internal size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm with 120mm thick wall and 700mm x 70mm x 150mm thick bed concrete and 50mm thick precast chamber cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 for reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 kg/Sqm), complete all as shown in electrical plate No -3 of SSR part - I complete.

(b) Fixing of GI earth electrode by drilling/ boring 175mm dia hole 5.00m deep in any type of strata, placing electrode along with extention earth strip 50 x 6mm 2m long and mixing earthing soil resitivity improvement compound Gel min 10 KG per bore and 75 KG soil resistivity improvement compound mixing homogeneously as per manufacturer instruction. (c) FRP earthing display board 254 x 380mm made out of plasic material showing information related to type of earthing, earthing result, due date of testing along with fixing size 610mm height made of plastic hollow pipe of 20mm dia. Supply and pouring Earthing soil resitivity improvement compound Gel (Power plus Gel) Enhancement compound transparent liquid Gel in 5kg packing all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 3.15mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to copper strip 25 x 3mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc.of copper / brass connected to earth test point in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR1996 part 1 ,including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil, GI water pipe with 20mm dia funnel & wire mesh PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed. Note:- All the joints shall be made with brazing to get proper conductivity.

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25 x 3mm copper strip including fixing arrangement like epoxy insulatos on wall/pole etc.. Note:- All the joints shall be made with brazing to get proper conductivity.

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25 x 3.15mm aluminium strip including fixing arrengment like epoxy insulatos on wall / pole etc.

Supply and fixing air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L test point termininal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw all as specified and directed.

Supply and pouring common salt commercial best quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and pouring charcoal dust/breeze best quality complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable or for pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in depth in soft/loose soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all complete as specified and as directed.

Demolition of old unserviceable earth pit chamber and providing PCC earthing pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of internal size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm with 120mm thick wall and 700mm x 700mm x 150mm thick bed concrete and 50mm thick precast chamber cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 for reinfoced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 kg/Sqm), complete all as shown in electrical plate No -3 of SSR part - I complete.

Supply and fix epoxy insulators suitable for fixing of copper / GI strip 25 x 3mm including fixing accessories like screws plastic plugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix tube medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors of size 15mm dia laid in trenches.

Supply and fix tube medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors of size 40mm dia laid in trenches.

M&L cutting of existing GI tube 40mm bore for making new connection inserting unequal Tee 40x40x40mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 25mm dia as specified and directed.

S&F bib taps cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of size 15mm bore as specified and directed.
