| 1Execution of complete scope of work on Lump sum turn Key basis within Time schedule adhering to Quality and Safety guidelines for the complete EPC LSTK package comprising of Mounded Bullets with all associated within dyke wall with complete accessories and auxiliaries for NRL as per the scope of the bidding documents which includes Project management, Residual Process Design, updation of Residual Design, Detailed Engineering, Procurement of Material and Bought Out components, Fabrication, Construction, Erection, Inspection & Testing, Post Weld Heat Treatment, Transportation of Rolled Plates, Crown and Petals for Dished End to Site, Receipt, Unloading at Site, Storage, Conservation, Preservation & Handling Material at Site, subsequent preparation of Sand Bed Foundation, Hydrotest of Mounded Storage Vessel(s) in Single Mound as per approved Procedure, Preparation of Sand Mound, Internal and External Coating & Painting, Cathodic Protection, Electrical works, Instrumentation works, Piping works, Insulating joints, Insulating Flanges / Gaskets / Fittings etc., necessary Civil & Structural works (as defined in various sections / Specifications of the Tender) including RCC Retaining Wall, Tunnels & Trench as minimum, Fire protection, Preservation of Mounded storage vessels or Bullets with first fill of Nitrogen, Pre-commissioning & Assistance in commissioning of Mounded Storage Vessels of Propylene, Off-spec propylene of M/s NRL PPU Project, Numaligarh, Assam in accordance with Datasheets, Drawings, Job Specifications, Codes, Standards, Specifications etc. of various discipline as listed in this Package on Lump Sum Turnkey Basis (LSTK) including Supply of Mandatory, Commissioning & Recommended Spares for the Package as per scope of work mentioned elsewhere in the Bidding Document. The quoted price shall also include the insurance, all applicable taxes, Duties, Royalty and Levies as per bidding documents. Bidder to consider any other material/item also required for completion of the plant works but not specifically identified and covered above for completion of EPC-LSTK package works. | ||||||
