Inlet Units

Inlet cum Fine Screen Chamber: Design, engineering, supply, construction & commissioning of RCC Inlet Chamber with fine screen capable of screening less than 3 mm size particle and above including necessary excavation in all types of strata including walkway all around the periphery. Each compartment will have CI gates with extension rod, head stock, operating wheels, GI pipe railing, etc. The work includes providing and making necessary arrangements to connect the flow to screen chamber by approach channel as directed and as per specifications.

Grit Removal System: Design, engineering, supply, construction & commissioning of continuous grit removal type Detritus Tank, mechanically operated in RCC capable of removing 100% of 0.2 mm size particle and above, having specific gravity 2.30, designed for one peak 2 DWF with suitable arrangement of separation of grit from putrescible solids. Inlet and outlet channels of required sizes as may be required to connect the flow to connecting unit etc. complete including hydraulic testing for watertightness of structure having minimum FB of 0.3 m, washout arrangement to grit chamber and platform 1.2 m wide RCC walkway with GI pipe handling shall be provided. A pit for collecting grit conveyed by conveyor shall be provided. It should be suitable to handle the grit for carting. All arrangements shall be as detailed specifications and as directed by Engineer- In- Charge.

Secondary Treatment Units

The bidder has to quote the rate for either SBR / MBR technology specified in item 8 and 9 and should not quote the rates for both the item 8 and 9. If the bidder quote the rate for item 8, then the bidder has to quote zero for item 9.

Membrane bio reactor (MBR+MBR treated water tank): Design, Engineering, Construction, Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of RCC MBR basins for biological removal of BOD along with nitrification, denitrification, Bio-P removal which includes separate Anoxic Tank with Agitator of Pitch Paddle type with suitable RPM, MOC : SS304, MBR - Aeration tank with suitable Twin lobe blowers, Air Blower Motor with suitable, HP Rating including, diffusers, Biological process blowers and fine bubble diffusers in the aerobic tanks shall provide the oxygen required for the biological process as well as the mixing energy required to keep the mixed liquor in suspension. Dissolved oxygen shall be monitored in each aerobic tank to achieve a desired set point of 2 mg/L. MBR tank built with reinforced concrete and housing PVDF hollow fiber UF Membrane Pore size of 0.05 micro meters with Permeate header. Membrane should have facility of in-situ cleaning and should not require Backwash process or MBR as per appropriate design provided, MOC of MBR Skid SS 304 & Membrane can be stored dry condition up to 36 months, cost including of RAS & SAS pumping arrangements, chemical cleaning pump and tank as necessary with the MBR having a total HRT (Including Membrane Tank) of min 12.00 Hours and a total SRT of min 18.00 Days.MBR Treated Water / Permeate tank with chemical dosing arrangement: Design, engineering, supply, construction & commissioning of MBR Permeate Tank of RCC Construction with necessary stainer and baffle wall with capacity of 60min storage including necessary chemical dosing and mixing facilities with connected tanks, pumps and pipeline arrangements for pre chlorination and ferric or alum dosing as necessary all connected civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works for real-time monitoring, control and data acquisition on quality and quantity including necessary standby units etc. complete as per required discharge standards and specifications.
