Taking down cement plaster on Brick / Concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and Removing rubbish to a distance exc 500m but not exc 1Km all as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in 75 mm thick sub base to flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in 25 mm thick sub base to floor to receive tile finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick, dark shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including screed bed 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick, dark shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in as Skirting / dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified & directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing mixed with water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC to be measured and paid separately under relevant item)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) on brick masonary walls surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel decorative curtain rod (including bracket) of 25 mm bore with wood finishes (weight not less 400 gms per running meter) including fancy finale caps cap (02 nos in each curtain rod) etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for prepartation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and finishing as per following specification complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) Apply Wall care putty 1mm thick (ii) One coat of alkali resistant primer (iii) Applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion distemper

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint (weather proof paint) of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint (weather proof paint) of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm over old plastered surfaces of wall including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequred cement concrete tiles of size 300x300mm, 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigments set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including screed bed 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated,semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Strucural steel work of rolled sections (Beams, angles,channels,tees etc) as in main and cross beams ,hip and jack rafters; pulins where connected to common rafters and running rails ; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates including necessary cuting to dead lenghth(where required) notching, drilling, fitting,rivetting/welding or connecting with bolts and nuts at any location and at any height conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F G l frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of G l perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complte all as specified and as dircected.

M & L for 12mm thick Perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60 x 60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified and as dircected.

S & F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners complte all as specified and as dircected.

S &F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating, 150AZ, GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridges to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mildsteel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm cut to length bend to shape require including cranking hooping ends binding in & wine annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium ventilator partially fixed glazing and partially louvered glazing with the following items all as specified & directed :- (i) Aluminium frame section 45x25x1.8mm. (ii) Fixing arrangements lugs in hold fast in walls including PCC (1:3:6) making good distributed surfaces to match with the adjoining surfaces complete. (v) 4mm thick frosted glass (partially fixed glazing and Partially louvered glazing) and fixed with rubber gasket.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, bell, light fittings etc removing materials for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floors, etc., all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs LED street light fitting 25 Watt capacity, 230 Volt AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 65/66 protection including connection up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with 1.5 M long suitable size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Sheet metal enclosure (ISI marked) distribution board TPN, 415 volts, 4 way horizontal type double door type, 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar for housing MCB and fixed and tested on completion complete all as specified & directed

S&F Exhaust fan 300mm sweep, AC single phase 230 volts, heavy duty, metallic body with louvre shutter, including connecting up 3 core flexible copper wire 24/0.20 sqmm from ceiling rose to fan terminal etc complete all specified and as directed. (NOTE: Quoted rate deemed to be included for providing core cutting for opening in any type of walls in the building including neccessary plastering, grouting for making good to match with adjoining surface)

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for taking out or laying of under ground cables or erection of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sand filling in trenches obtained from local river for cushioning of UG cable all as per para 19.75 of SSR Part I as specified and directed .

Supply and lay common burnt bricks of sub class B laid breath wise across the length of cable in trenches for cable protection all as per para 19.75 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe 25 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed .
