Replacement of defective changeover switch and Switch fuse units fitted in DG set room at SHQ BSF SGNR

Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of 400 Amps, 415 Volts, AC-23A, 4 Pole On-Load Manual Changeover Switch of approved make in the existing panel after dismantling the defective changeover switch, including disconnecting and reconnecting incoming and outgoing cables, complete with operating handle, terminal shrouds, source separator and phase barriers, suitable for horizontal mounting, including testing, commissioning, disposal of dismantled material and making the system operational, complete as required of make L & T/ Havells/ Hagger or its equivalent

Providing and fixing 125 A rating, 36KA breaking capacity, Four Pole with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, Ics=100% Icu and Operational Voltage 690V etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 63 A rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 185 sq. mm (57mm)
