M&L for double charged vitrified tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc. 0.18 sqm not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in flooring etc , laid over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade including dismantling existing tiling, cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for double charged Vitrified ceremic tiles 08 to 10 mm thick of approved shade and size as in vertical surfaces, skirting etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 including dismantling existing tiling, cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base including demolition of existing PCC and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling existing tiling, cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Design/pattern of tiles as approved by Engr-in-charge

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x450x7-8mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat in CM1:4 including highlighter/border/pattern as approved by Engr-in-charge complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 600x300x7-8mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat in CM1:4 including highlighter/border/pattern as approved by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L granite 18 to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and like over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade including dismantling of existing stone slabs/ tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20 to 25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including dismantling of existing stone slabs/ tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar including dismantling of existing cudappah stone and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for full round moulding to 18 to 20mm thick granite slab all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
