Taking down and supply, laying, jointing and testing in repair XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches / duct / on pole including all necessary fizing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc of cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Polycab/Paragon/Havells.

All as per item No-1 here in above but of size 16 Sqmm x4 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-1 here in above but of size 25 Sqmm x4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exeeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches of cable or pipe lines etc or and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm after

Supply and laying well burnt sub class B bricks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 63 Amps, 4 Pole, 25 KA breaking capacity, "A" Frame size ,Adjustable Thermal & Fixed magnetic setting. Make: Havells, cat part No- IHLASF0063 or equivalent make of L&T/ C&S/ Scheneider.

All as per item No-09 above but MCCB 100 Amps, 4 Pole, 25 KA breaking capacity, "A" Frame size , Adjustable Thermal & Adjustable magnetic setting. Make:Havells, cat part No- IHLASDCF0125 or equivalent make of L&T/ C&S/ Scheneider

All as per item No-09 above but MCCB 200 Amps, 4 Pole, 36 KA breaking capacity, "L " Frame size , Adjustable Thermal & Adjustable magnetic setting . Make:Havells, cat part No- IHLLSECF0200 or equivalent make of L&T/ C&S/ Scheneider

S & F in repair GI pipe “Light Grade” in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles or walls including suitable size clamps for protection of cables and sealing ends complete all as specified for the following sizes of pipes.

(a) 20 MM BORE

(b) 40 MM BORE

(c) 50 MM BORE

M&L for danger notice plate of size 20cmx15cmx1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts incl taking down complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair GI pipe “Light Grade” in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles or walls including suitable size clamps for protection of cables and sealing ends complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes of pipes.

(a) 16 sqmm to 25 Sqmm, 3.5/4 Core

(b) 35 to 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core

S & F in repair FR cable of size 2.5 sqmm Three core PVC insulated, stranded PVC sheathed, copper conductor cable for electric connection with Street light feeder complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing and cleaning of Oil Cooled Servo Voltage Stablizer by disconnecting incoming & outgoing electrical connections, carefully opening the top cover, lifting of core from the tank, cleaning of tank, removing the sedimentation, cleaning of coils / electrical connections, filtration of transformer oil, to free from dust, sedimentation & rust, removing transformer Oil to remove the sedimentation and dehydration fixing the core back in the tank, making electrical connection by replacing the consumable spares such as gaskets, rubber oil seals etc complete including making electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge :-
