Rain Coat Khaki(Pant & Shirt Pattern) Make Tropical or Similar:-Description : Rain Suit (Legging Jacket and Cap) made from single texture natural rubber coated fabric having fabric surface on the outer side. Fabric : The fabric used must be polyester yarn of plain weave. The G.S.M. should be 65 GMS (min.) for basic fabric and 215 GMS (min.) foe coated fabric. Colour : Khaki (shade variation acceptable but must be got approved before manufacturing)Make : Own. Brand : Duck back, Rainbow or similar. Breaking strength of coated fabric : (5 x 20 cms strips) : Warp : 40, weft :25. Water proof ness at 90 cm water head from 1 hour : no leakage or wet patches of water should be observed. Construction : Upper jacket : Front part of the jacket to be made of 2 pieces with 2 nos. of cross pockets. The back part must be single piece construction. The front part of jacket must be fitted with matching YKK zip having a cover with matching 3 nos. of Velcro. The sleeves end to be fitted with adjusting loop matching Velcro stitched properly. Legging : The legging must have full round 1.25 inch elastic tape properly stitched by the 4 niddle gazing machine and the joint of elastic tape should be covered by company label with size. Hood: The detachable hood provided with 2 x 2 inch matching Velcro, transparent peak and can be adjusted by using tying cord of same colour. Tepping : The joint of rain suit must be covered with matching taping cloth strips having minimum width 1 inch. Packing : Each set to be packed in same fabric bag and poly cover both to avoid any damage in transit.

Special Eligibility Criteria

   Railway reserves the right to procure the material from proven sources with satisfactory past performance for the tendered item or similar item (similar means any type of Rain Coat) for 20% and above of tendered quantity against a single order in at least one of the last three completed Financial years and up to the tender opening date to any Zonal Railways/ Central/State Govt Organizations/PSUs/Public Listed Companies will only be eligible for full/bulk order. Tenderers to submit relevant documents (such as copies of Receipt note for stock items. Receipted Challan / Inspection Certificate / tax invoice for Non-stock items) along with their offer for only any one financial year as mentioned above.
