Dismantalling of motor along with cable conction and cabling and thrust bearing

Dismantalling of Pump set along with discharge head column pipes oil tube and lines shaft and bowl assembly

Repair of head shaft along with all necessary machining work like turning keyway making threading etc.

Repair work of thrust bearing fixing head at workshop (Worm-out Portion) by brazing and turning work

Repair work of TT nut with fixing cover at workshop by nessary formation of threads and grove

Supply and rreplacement of worm -out and bolt rubber packing materials of column pipe and discharge head

Assembly of bowl assembly unit by using by unit hydrochloric system

Supply and replacement of guide bushes impeller unit

Transportation of pump set of work to workshop & back to \Jackwell (this work inludes loading & unloading of oil tubes line shaft & assembly

Fixing of Motor cable connection and oilcooling completer

Testing and tried run of pump set in fornt of section officer as per his guidance

Supply head MS soft 8ft threading and Chavi works shop etc.

Suplly and fixing gun metal bush

Supply cable of 35 Sqmm Aluminium
