Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with Fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, ( Except Bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B-0 (1:2:4) (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, bed block & hold fasts etc. Including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast (Factory made) cement concrete blocks Type B-1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) as in bed blocks, kerbs etc, setting in cement mortar 1:4, dismantling old kerb stone and removing out side defence land, complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, is to be finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for keyed pointing to brick wall in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L two coats of cement base paint on plastered/ brick surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces, priming plastered and other surafce with alkali resistant primer paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete and removing of unserviceable material out side MD land exceeding 5.00 Km and cleaning site , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection /flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 28 mm Wide Plastic dividing strips, 1.5mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge in surface channels and drains.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the convrete is green.

M&L 25 mm sand cushioning for interlocking tiles including well rammed and consolidation all as per direction by Engr-in- Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. and removing of unserviceable material out side MD land exceeding 5.00 Km and cleaning site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rubbberised machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape, size, desired colour and pattern conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-30 grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. All as per item 21 here-in-before but refixing old dismantling interlocking tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequred cement pre polished concrete tiles 400X 400X 25 mm thick of desired pattern and colourset ,jointed and pionted in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment including 20 mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cess pit, man holes pier holes etc not exceed 10 Sqm on plan and not excced 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in (soils), including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.5 Km but n. exc. 5.00 Km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling old posts or struts embedded in concrete block of any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturb ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft /loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire.

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but n exc 10cm long. (Diameter of neck in 5 to 10 mm) complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specfied .

S&F in Repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specfied.

M & L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete [Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) - A quality]

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Removing of debris/loose (already excavated) soil exceeding 5.00 Km from the starting out side MoD land from the complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rough cast plaster after applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are throughly covered complete all as specified and directed, including taking taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 41840.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
