Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors or pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removal of demolished material out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast interlocking paver block glossy finish of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment set, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors, below paver blocks or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequred cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick in grey cement and with pigment in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plain cement concrete paver blocks of cobble stone pattern, 80mm thick of approved colour (red, black, grey, yellow, dholpur, coffee, green, cream, dark green etc.,) for use in roadside paths, parks, parking areas and similar works. The exact sizes and combination of multiple sizes of paver blocks shall be finalized by the Engr-in-Charge after approval of the sample. The pattern shall mandatorily consist of not less than three different durable finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling/ stone slab incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish of the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of wall cladding glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350x250x7mm/ 450x300-350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick backing in to layer coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
