Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder/precast concrete block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, upto a height of 10.00 mtr including necessary scaffolding and removing the debries outside of MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (upto a height of 10.00 mtr) not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the debris and rubbish outside of MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolitions)

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings including terrozo floor not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish outside of MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish outside of MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolitions)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off outside of MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame, n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame,exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4.00 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Roughing surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing of 15mm bore and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing of 20mm bore and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each and refixing in same opening complete all as specified and directed. Note : Refixing incl easing /adjusting the shutter with frame and also fxing of builder's hardwares/screws etc if required. ( New hardware items fixed shall be measured and paid as 'Supply only' under respective items).

M&L brickwork with Fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any profile, 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa(AZ-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers (10 mm thick in first layer and 5 mm thick in second layer) finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instruction on top/second layer of plaster, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling and soffits of staircase, waist slab or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC ( 1:2:4) Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding (upto a height of 10.00 mtr) including formwork, if required,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rectified premium quality, coloured non skid ceramic tiles 8 to 9 mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rectified premium quality,digital, coloured non skid ceramic tiles 9 to 10mm thick of approved shade and pattern(square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but n.exc 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rectified premium quality,digital, coloured non skid ceramic tiles 9 to 10mm thick of approved shade and pattern (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but n.exc 0.38 Sqm, as in skirting, dado, riser to steps etc, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digital type coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm to 8mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut, cudappah stone slab, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding , polishing and rounded on edge or front face complete as in floor, cooking platforms and like complete over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays not exc 2 Sqm each and finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement , providing joints though out the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) , type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including formwork if required ,upto a height of 10.00 mtr including necesasary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in Chajjas and the like complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement and form work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm, after complete removal of existing treatment from walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls, chajja, facia and finishing walls/surfaces with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F decorative type brackets with ends/stops etc including other accessories for fixing arrangements of 25 mm dia curtain rod to wall ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ' in repair' 25 mm dia curtain rod mild steel chromium plated decorative type complete all as specified and as directed.

Demarcate the damaged areas, providing double scaffolding, steel props, bracing etc to remove all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concete or plaster on RCC Slab/Beam/Column/chajja by using chisel/rubber hammer or electrically operated mechanism. Remove unsound reinforcement bars/wires by cutting without damaging the sound reinforcement, clean loose rust from bars manually with wire brush or electrically operated buffing wheel, fixing supplymentary epoxy coated bars if required, either by tying it with existing reinforecement bars or by welding on it as directed. Applying one coat of rust removing alkaline primer. Clean the surface using hard wire brush after 24 hrs and applying one coat of epoxy based rust passiveting coating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement used shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for applying polymer modified mortar in ratio 1:5:15 (7.50+7.50) (01 part polymer liquid : 5 part cement :15 part quartz sand white ( both fine and course sand in equal ratio) including mixing of polymer latex additive 20 mm average thickness over a bond coat of epoxy bonding agent and making surface rough to receive external finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Quantity of polymer shall be used as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Mixing of polymer modified mortar shall be done by using hand gloves. (iii) To achieve required thickness repeat the same step after 24 hrs, if required. (iv) Keep the surfaces moist using water fog for 5 to 7 days with scaffolding as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (v) Polymer latex additives shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying polymer modified mortar in ratio 1:5:15 (7.50+7.50) (01 part polymer liquid : 5 Part Cement :15 Part quartz sand white ( both fine and course sand in equal ratio) including mixing of polymer latex additive 40 mm average thickness over a bond coat of epoxy bonding agent and making surface rough to receive external finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) To achieve required thickness repeat the same step after 24 hrs, if required. (iv) Keep the surfaces moist using water fog for 5 to 7 days with scaffolding as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (v) Polymer latex additives shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only polymer latex additives complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old roof treatment materials including demolition of PCC padding from surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water using wire brush brooming down and applying the following treatment all as directed in order of precedence as stated :- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on existing roof surface true to level with and including water proofing compound mixed as per manufacturer's instruction ii) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @1.25 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS : 3384-1986 (iii) Supply and laying 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufactured with weight not less than 3.60 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric/matt weighing not less than 160gms per Sqm having softening point not less than 150 mm centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/5cm and 350 N/5cm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180 N by torch application . Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm(minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (iv) Applying protective coating of Heat resistant aluminium paint in two coats over APP membrane. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction. iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified here-in-after and shall conform to specifications given in IS 16540-2017/IS 16532-2017.

Item No 82 Contd..... (iv) Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engr-in-Chage before incorporation in the work. (vi) Necessary independent tests shall also be carried out by the Contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work (vii) The work shall be executed through authorised applicators of original manufacturer only.(viii) WPC shall be measured and paid separately.(ix) Demolished/taking down debries obtained shall be removed outside of MOD Land.

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor/hardstanding/Path in alternate bays and finished the surface, joints shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 Gde and three parts of sand, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC ( 1:3:6 ), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and as directed

Preparing surface of sunken slab and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound on floor and wall. The surface shall then be cured , allowed to dry and applying Epoxy Resin coating polymer modified cementitious coating as per manufacturer's instructions on floor and wall. Sunken floor shall be filled with graded cinder complete all as specified and as directed.( Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling of water tanks from roof /stagging etc and removing from site etc exc 250 but n.exc 500 Ltrs capacity,complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting asside (or lowering if required) for repairs of roof, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position , exc. 250 ltrs and n. exc. 500 ltrs capacity , complete all as specified and directed

S & F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, with IS 12701-1989 having triple layers wall construction with manhole threaded lid and suitable locking arrangement including making holes for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes,hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm- 42gms/ 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s . / 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Oil temperature indicator (gauge) having range 0° C to 200° mm dia type. (f) Thermometer pocket with thermometer dial size 100 mm dia. (g) Drain valve with threaded adapter. (h) Sampling valve (j) cover lifting eyes.
