SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO. P-25, T-68, T-70 AND P-151 AT COBRA URC HQ MB AREA JABALPUR UNDER GE (WEST) JABALPUR

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness incl part chipping (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall tile, floor tile, dado including bedding but backing and rubbish off permises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles 10 mm thick area of each tile exceedeing 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm (600x600), in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceedeing 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm (600x600), as in vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to over and including 10 mm thick backing in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish) and exposed edges of Kota stone shall be rounded including 20mm thick screed bed to floor finishes in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded aggregate as in floors including finishing the surface rough & even for receiving kota/tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick in plinth protection laid in panels and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall/ceiling/roof etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.
