EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply install, test and commissioning LT Feeder distribution Panel (CPRI Approved) cubical type Indoor Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1 1993 factory fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming MCCB and TPN Copper bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer MCCB and outgoing feeder. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar . The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. The cubicle shall have a bottom channel of size 75x40 mm duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable predrilled gland plateof thickness not less than 3 mm thick zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom for entry

of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front and back openable lockable /openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air.3 mm XLPE adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof , and panel shall be powder coated ( for rust proof) sprayed of approved thickness coated complete as specified and consisting the following : -

Supply and Fix Pole Mounted Out Door Type Center Openable Double Door Street Light timer Panel Fabricate from 3 mm CRCA Sheet with Powder Coated, and incluing pole mounting MS brackets/clamps with Nuts/Bolts & the following acessories:- (i) MCCB TPN 25 Amps 25 KA, 415 Volts - 1No. (ii) Timer FM 200 - 1 Nos (iii) Contactor Three Pole 415 Volts ML-2 Type - 1 No.

Material & labor for wiring with 3 Runs of 1.5 Sqmm wire in PVC conduit from Looping box mounted in pole to Street light fittings/post top lantern/security light fitting, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix obstruction light incluing die cast aluminium body, red colour polycarbonate dome, GLS lamps 2 Nos and connecting wires, mounting fixtures all Conforming to Cat no BJAOL 2 ES of bajaj or Equivalent From Philips/Crompton all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Glow sign board backlite type of size 4 ft x 2 ft in black or white GI sheet 26 guage, outside black or white powder coated frame of size 75 mm x 75 mm, GI Pipe Supports of size 50mm, fitted with tube lights (make - CG/BAJAJ/Philips) prewired complete with standard accessories, connector block, ballast etc duly written in bold, capital, including necessary armoured cable connection for supply connection of required length, connecting up complete all as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. The boards should be duly writtened with COTTON GREEN all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 25 here-in-before but size of 2 feet x 2 feet and duly writtened Power house, Pump house and Fire fighting Pump house.

Material & labor for cutting into the existing road/hard standing surfaces to a depth of 60cm and 50cm wide and getting out for laying under ground cable including returning filling in, watering, well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil and filling the top surface 15cm thick with PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and finished even and fair without using extra cement including disposal of surplus soil all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply, install, testing of centrifugal pump having Minimum discharge capacity of 12.5 LPS at minimum 60 Meter head 1500 RPM HP directly coupled with suitable induction motor AC 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Cycles TEFC mounted on MS chaneel/Common base plate and fixed with suitable base bolts, grouted in PCC Foundation, 30 Cm above floor level including single core multi stranded PVC insulated copper conductor of 10 Sqmm size connection between starter & Motor Terminal, drawn through PVC conduit all as directed. Supply and fix gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete of size 80 mm dia including necessary fittings all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- Audco/Kirlosker.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Direct Cyliner Mounted type Vaccum type pressure feed ochlorination Plant having capacity of 1.00 to 1000 gms/hr compete including, gauges all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge with following accessories:-

(a) Chlorinator with Chlorine Monitor & regulator panel complete with accessories Cylinder Mounted type. (b) Chlorine Injector. (c) Chlorine piping connections including fittings. STAND BY POWER SUPPLY

Supply install testing and commissioning of silent diesel Engine driven generating set 100 KVA capacity, 3 phase 4 wire 415 V 1500 RPM AC power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integrated acoustic enclosures should have salient features as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC turret punch machines, Nine tank treatment process with pure polyester based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/installation. Integrated design thereby faciliating/easy handling installation & shifting of the eqpt

at site. The design of integrated acoustic enclosure should be of type approved by National physical laboratory as per central pollution control board (CPCB) latest norms/regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and installed on PCC foundation (The PCC foundation shall be up to one mtr above floor level) as recommended by manufacturer. Vibration pad sand cushioning around PCC foundation. Tools and spares as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specifications :- (A) ENGINE : Water cooled diesel Engine of suitable capacity to match the 100 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10% overload for 1 hour in every 12 hours running conforming to IS-10002 ISO 3046 BS 514 the Engine shall consist of the following :- (i) Fly wheel (ii) Flexible coupling with guard bolts and nuts etc. (iii) Alternator (for battery charging) of suitable capacity.

(iv ) Air cleaner heavy duty dry type (v) Fuel injection pump. (vi) Precision governor. (vii) Fuel filter (mounted) (viii) Lubricating oil filters (ix) 24 Volts self regulating alternator belt driven by Engine. (B) BRUSH LESS ALTERNATOR (i) Alternator coupled to Engine through a flexible coupling and mounted on strong steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation brushless alternator shall be conforming to BS-2613 or relevant IS-4722. (ii) Type :- Self excited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator. (iii) Rating :- 100 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 pole horizontal at NTP condition. (iv) Speed :- 1500 RPM (v) System :- 433 Volts +/- 2.5% AC 3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz. (vi) Connection :- 4 wire star connected. (vii) Enclosure :- Screen protected dip proof. (viii) Ventilation :- Self ventilated (ix) Insulation :- Insulation Class 'H'

(C) AMF panel factory made outdoor kiosk type, free floor mounted totally enclosed fabricated out of CRCA steel 2mm thick, over an angle iron base frame made out of 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron, hinged front panel door for easy accessibility duly powder coated complete, internal wiring with suitable size copper conductor cable, lugs, ferrules and cable glands for external connection complete suitable for 100 KVA capacity DG set with bypass arrangement complete all as per the specifications given below micro controller based AMF relay includes the parameters like volt, amps, frequency, energy & all engine parameters with protection fuses for panel instrument battery charging system with indicator and cut off relays low and high oil pressure, high speed, over load and earth fault protection, reverse current protection duly wired with flexible copper conductor cable and cable connection with lugs / thimbles complete with necessary control cabling from acoustic enclosure and to the AMF panel for all the operation of safety parameters of the DG set as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(i) Level indicator. (ii) Drain plug. (iii) MS class 'C' piping for inlet from pump to tank of engine. (iv) Fuel strainer. (v) Fuel tank shall be mounted as per manufacturers instructions. (b) SEMI ROTARY PUMP:- Manually operated fuel pump for filling diesel in the tank of adequate capacity with inlet connection to the tank with 5.5 mtr flexible hose pipe of suitable size heavy duty for suction of diesel from barrel. (c) BATTERY :- Maintenance free heavy duty battery two Nos 12 Volt 180 AH connected to the system with multistranded flexible copper lead complete. Make : Exide, Amaron, Standard. (d) BASE PLATE :- Fabricated out of MS channel’s and ISMC of suitable size suitable for fixing of DG set all as specified by the manufacturer.

(e) TOOLS KIT :- (i) Box type spanner set consisting of 12 spanners-01 Set. (ii) -do- but double end -01 set. (iii) 1 year maintenance spare kit as per maintenance manual of manufacturer. Note:- (i) PCC foundation/platform shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for above item. (ii) Item rate include for polycarbonate sheet protection alongwith necessary angle iron / GI pipe structure, PCC work etc for protection of DG set. No extra payment shall be made on account of this.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)1100 Volts grade with multi stranded Copper conductor of following sizes:-

Supply an fix Yard Hydrant/Stand post of 80 mm dia MS with double end flanged type 1.5M height including making reducer arrangement for connecting with flanged MS Pipe line of 150 mm dia all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Canvasfire hose of dia 63 mm and length 15 meter of PIL Dura type conforming to IS 636/1988 Type - A, with proper exterior and interior coatings , including binding charges all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply install, test and commissioning LT Feeder distribution Panel (CPRI Approved) cubical type Indoor Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1 1993 factory fabricated made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming MCCB and TPN Copper bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer MCCB and outgoing feeder. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar . The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. The cubicle have a bottom channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zinc metal

coating. A detachable predrilled gland plateof thickness not less than 3 mm thick zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front and back openable lockable /openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. 3 mm XLPE adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof , and panel shall be powder coated ( for rust proof) sprayed of approved thickness coated complete as specified and consisting the following :-

(viii) VAF PF Meter -01 No. (ix) Indicating Lamps LED Type-03 Nos. (x) One No spare compartments.

Supply, install, testing of MCCB TP 40 Amps, 25 KA, 440 Volt with factory fabricated Power Coated Enclosure made of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate MCCB. The Enclosure shall be of wall mounted type with front openable doors all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply & Fix Fluorescent tube light fitting, single tube, 1x28W, 230V, Energy Efficient T5, surface mounted,with and including tube 28W, with automatic electronic ballasts, bipin holder, connector block, etc. complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix Street Light luminaries 1 X 28 Watt with asthetically designed sheet aluminium housing and UV stabilized clear acrylic cover,with lamp and accessories and internal connection with 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cble including fixing arrangement comprising of 25 mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.2 mtr long bend at 120 degree fixed to wall with help of 02 Nos clamp made of flat iron 50x6mm and necessary nut bolt and wahser complete including 28W tube lamp. MAKE: PHILIPS Cat No HSG 120 1 x TL 528 W EBE or Equivalent from Wipro. (If Cat No is revised, equivalent Cat No from Latest Catlauge shall be considered) .

Supply & fix compact flyorescent lamp fitting witrh holder of capacity of 18W DF 3U 6500K with all accessories fixed on walls, on round block of size 80mm dia and 40mm depth open recessed type (2 Nos) and connecting up complete with 23/0.0076 (or equivalent size in mm) flexible three core twisted copper cable all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix socket for coaxial cable with and including inner sheet/frame with plate for single module and metal box of size 78 x 87 x 50mm single module complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Cat Part No TV socket HQAM003, cat part of inner sheet / frame with plate HWAI002 and cat part No of metal box is HWAX002 of Indoasian or equivalent make like Legrand or Anchore etc.

Supply & fix coaxial TV cable 75 Ohms double screened aluminium foix and tinned copper conductor type RG11 having signal losses 3.5 db/ 100 yds at 100 MHZ including 20mm dia PVC medium grade concealed conduit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix MCB DB SPN, 08 way, horizontal double door type, powder coated sheet steel enclosure - 01 No with following:- (a) MCB, SP, 20A - 01 No (b) MCB, SP, 10A - 01 No (c) MCB, SP, 6A - 03 Nos

Supply & fix MCB DB SPN, 08 way, horizontal double door type, powder coated sheet steel enclosure - 01 No with following:- (a) MCB, SP, 40A - 01 No (b) MCB, SP, 10A - 01 No (c) MCB, SP, 6A - 05 Nos

Fixing only electronic type tamper proof single phase 10 to 40 Amp current rating energy meter alongwith LCD Display and optical port duly saled in place of unservicealbe energy meter including electric connection with single core multi standard copper conductor cable of size 6 sqmm with flexible PVC conduit of proper size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Chargre. Note :- Meters shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with two runs of 6 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multstranded copper conductor FRLS 1100 Volts grade cable, drawn through and including PVC concealed conduit heavy duty grade ISI marked 32 mm dia (external) with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm with conduit accessories and one run of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable as earth conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Two run of 6 Sq mm cable, one run of 4 Sq mm cable and 1 run of conduit shall be measured as one length.

Laying only cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable , (heavy duty), 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following size all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- Note :- (i) Cable will be issued under sch 'B' as free for laying only. (ii) Sand cushioning, cable cover & GI pipe for protection etc will be measured & paid separately under respective items of schedule 'A' Part -VIII
