CA NO GE(U)/CHM-31/2026-27 REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE/ CLEANING OF RAW WATER SUMP INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF POND LINER AND CONNECTING ITEMS AT MANSA DEVI PUMP HOUSE UNDER AGE E/M-II OF GE (U) CHANDIMANDIR

Cleaning of semi under ground open Raw water reservoir of capacity 100 Lakh Gallons by removing balance water and taking out solid residual loose dirt , scales , muds,clay, fungus vegetation growth ,any other foreign material, scrubbing the complete inner surface wall and floor with wire brushes and cleaning with water and again cleaning and washing completely using bleaching powder and writing in bold letter date of cleaning on outside surfaces of raw water reservoir so that distinctely visible, Cleaning the surrounding area of the reservoir to a distance of 3 mtrs apart all around its circumference incl cutting of grass digging out roots, filling holes, levelling of ground removing the deposited material to a distance not exc. 500 metres at Mansa Devi Pump house at Chandimandir under GE(U) Chandimandir all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing HDPE water proof pond liner (07 layer) heavy duty blue/ black colour, as per IS:15351:2015, having 10 cm overlap material including cleaning wall with wire steel brush removing rubbish from the installation and fixed all as per manufaturer's instruction with and including fixing material complete all as all as specified & directed by Engr- in - Charge. Specifications of material is as under: Thickness: 500 Micron Tensile Strength at Break (MD) > 20 MPa Tensile Strength at Break (TD) > 20 MPa Elongation at break (MD) > 1000% Elongation at break (TD) > 1000% Tear strength (MD) > 6.5 Kgf/mm Tear strength (TD) > 6.5 Kgf/mm Falling dart impact > 2200 G

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth: for foundationetc or for manholes, laying of pipe in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling watering & well rammng in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & diected

Taking out CI/ DI/ MS pipe (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast laid in trenches 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Taking out CI/ DI/ MS pipe (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast laid in trenches 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Taking out CI/ DI/ MS pipe (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast laid in trenches 200mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Taking out CI/ DI/ MS pipe (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast laid in trenches 250mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Taking out CI/ DI/ MS pipe (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast laid in trenches 300mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.
