Required(x) The OEM / Bidder should be an ISO 9001 2015, ISO 45001 2018, ISO 14001 2015 (All ISO certificate must be from IAF recognized accreditation body) BIFMA Level 2 certification GRIHA 2019, Green Guard (UL) certification, Indoor Air Quality, indoor advantage gold, AIOTA, SEDEX Certificate. A copy of ISO certificate must be submitted with the bid documents.

Required(xi) The contractor shall intimate to the Engineer-in-Charge at the time of submitting tender, the locations address and Phone No of the factory / premises where the bidder intends to manufacture desks and other furniture items. The bidder shall submit the documents like factory/manufacturing Unit license Registration with local body and location of plant.

Required(xii) PAN Card issued by Income Tax Department.

Required(xiii) GST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. lf the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents.

Required(xiv) Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from any Division office of CPWD (including NIT issuing EE).
