Supply & Installation of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in- pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED (80-100) microns with pure Zinc(99.9%) & alloy coating (200- 250)microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3043.The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia, 3mtrs Length, Zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the Terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with compact filled (Crystalline on the topside for additional protection of the Terminal. INSTALLATION: (a) Installation in black cotton or garden soil-1/2 Bag with 2m Electrode & 2/3 Bag with 3m Electrode. (b) Installation in Harsh - Rocky/Sandy Soil Condition - For installation of 2 M Earth Electrode Electrode with 2 to 4 bags BFC) & for 3 M Earth Electrode (3 to 5 bags BFC) depending on soil condition to be mixed with Soil & additional electrodes to be installed & interconnected for lowering soil resistivity in excavated pit. (c) The buried Conductors (GI/Copper/Aluminium) are to be covered by 50mm thick layer of conduct lite for additional protection of conductors & better conductivity to lower the resistivity of soil & bring down earth resistance.

M&L for earthing of equipment complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 × 60cm. × 3.15 mm thick , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to existing earth lead strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or HS steel in any type of soil, connected to earthing test point and and necessary excavation and earth work, PCC (1:2:6) type C-1 as earth pit with pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab size 400 x 400 x 50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar, 100mm c/c both ways including one handle made of 12mm dia including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade) wire mesh, copper lugs, complete in all respect,including Copper earth strip 20 x 3.00mm, protected by 40mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe up to earthing test point including disposal of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Proper earthing pit should be provided with pit cover. (ii) Copper earth strip beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid seperately.

Note : (i) Proper earthing pit should be provided with pit cover. (ii) GI earth strip beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid seperately.

S & F air termination, single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with necessary supporting insulators & PCC block, complete all as specified and directed

S & F test point termination block of size 75mm × 75mm × 25mm made of gum metal or phospherous bronze drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal headed screw and box of size 90mm × 90mm × 90mm (made out of 1.6mm thick plain brass sheet) and screwed to wall for protection of test point, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Copper strip & test point should be bonded by brazing.)

S & F copper strip of size 20 x 3.00mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to porcelain insulator on wall for down conductor, complete all as specified and directed

S & F GI strip of size 32 x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to porcelain insulator on wall for down conductor, complete all as specified and directed

S & F GI steel wire 4mm dia drawn in conduit/pipe, complete all as specified and directed

S & F porcelain vitreous white/brown/green spacers insulator of size 75mm x 35mm x 40mm height complete with one number GI stud bolts 6mm dia x 40mm long including nut & washers and two number GI fixing bolts of size 6mm dia and 50mm long including washers and drilling holes for holding /fixing aluminium strip/roof conductor as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm bore GI tubing, light grade, with necessary fittings, fixed complete of roof slab/wall/pavement etc, complete all as specified and directed.
