Cement concrete of 1:4:8 mix (one cement and four sand and eight aggregate) using hard granite stone jelly of 40mm gauge for foundation levelling course,including shuttering,dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick including the cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing concrete and curing etc. complete. TNDSS no. 28, V, VI (s2) VI, VI (S/5A) VII

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and srtutting upto 3.29mm height for plane surfaces in all floors with cross bracings using miled steel sheets of size 30cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with miled steel sheets of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding and laid over silver oak (country wood).Joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification ans as directed for the following items TNDSS no.30 & 86

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Conveyence of Excavated surplus earth from 0 to 1km lead from the site to the dumping area including loading ,unloading,sectioning and levelling the site etc complete as per standard specification.

Finishing the top of flooring with granolithic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.
